Matt came the same day an hour after our call. Him and Michael got the repair done in about an hour with no issues. He gave me out the door pricing over the phone and kept his word, didn’t try to up-charge me for anything once the job was completed. I will definitely be calling on them for their services in the future, highly recommend you do the same.”

“My 2014 vintage Chamberlain chain drive opener quit working. I hopped on the net to see what the problem could be and did some self diagnostics and determined that I need to replace the opener vs. throwing money at just replacing a logic circuit board and/or other components. I then utilized ChatGPT for company recommendations in Chandler and GT Garage Doors came up as the one to call first. “Yesterday morning, my garage door spring suddenly snapped. I contacted GT Garage Door Repair, explained the situation, and they were able to get me on their schedule for the very next morning between 9 AM and 12 PM. They followed up with a text right before 9 AM, letting me know they would arrive in 30 minutes. Two very professional technicians showed up and quickly inspected the broken spring. They offered me two options for replacements, a 3-year warranty and a 10-year warranty, with transparent pricing for each. I opted for the 10-year warranty, and they got straight to work. My garage door opener stopped working on Sunday, I found Garage Tech on NextDoor on Sunday, called and left a message, early Monday he returned my message/call and was able come and install new Lift Master (w/MyQ, Camera, & Battery) on Monday, my opener was 20+ years old.
