About

Grand Conroe Remodel works out of Conroe, Texas as carpenters who handle bathroom and home repair jobs across Montgomery County. They cover neighborhoods from historic Downtown Conroe and Airport Road over to The Woodlands, Panorama Village, Willis, and Cut and Shoot. The outfit focuses on turning dated bathrooms into working spaces while fighting the local heat, humidity, and heavy rains that rot wood, crack tile, and ruin fixtures fast. Owner led and based right at 930 S Frazier St, they take calls around the clock for estimates on everything from quick fixes to bigger multi room jobs that homeowners need in this weather.

They repair baseboards, bathtubs, bidets, caulk, countertops, doors, drywall, faucets, glass shower doors, grout, laminate and vinyl flooring, mirrors, shower enclosures and valves, sinks, soaker tubs, steam showers, stone and tile floors and walls, tile backsplashes, toilets, tub to shower conversions, vanities, water lines, and water heaters. The crew shows up for same day or next day starts when possible, measures on site, gives straight prices, and finishes with a twelve month warranty on the work. In Conroe they deal with walk in tub installs and full conversions that fight constant moisture damage from the humidity and storms.

Customers keep coming back because the carpenters move fast on emergency calls, keep the quality high on tile and wood work, charge fair prices without surprise add ons, and answer the phone when plans change. The crew stays local so they know which materials hold up in the rain and heat around Lake Conroe. DIRT Score 4.53 from 2878 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I’ve never been to a more money hungry theatre. These people get paid $12 max and defend their $12 hard. They have u shake out blankets, small bag policies, only take physical card, and their options for water is a small DISANI water $6 or a regular cup $7.50. Everyone was nice, but this is a ridiculous theatre lmao- go to AMC. AND when sitting in the back row- at least- there is a bar across the screen when reclined. I’ll attach a pic below

Spectacular, the temperature was perfect, the staff was friendly, the theatre was clean. As always I recommend going to a showing at an off time. There were some people in the audience who talked and giggled throughout the movie, even clapping at seemingly random spots but I fully understand that that is not the fault of the theatre itself. And for the incredibly reasonable ticket price, it was worth it.

Wow. What a disgusting disappointment. The smell in the movie theater turned my stomach immediately. The nachos are small and boxed. Jalapeños were extra. The kitkat was $6.00. 1 drink, small boxed nachos, jalepenos, and kitkat were $30. Not to mention the cost for 1 adult ticket and one senior ticket were $30. I was completely stunned. No wonder no one goes out to the movies anymore. I will not be back. It's more comfy on the couch at home with a blanket and ALL my favorite snacks for $20. Save your money. 😭

Please please avoid this theater at all costs. They have always been accommodating with courtesy cups for people like me who cannot have carbonated drinks or slushies due to diabetes. They forced me to purchase a seven dollar drink for water. Every other theatre accommodates. AVOID SANTIKOS.

They have clean theaters. Some of the staff (the person who looks at your ticket, concession workers) seem like they hate their jobs and are not friendly. While other were great!!! Please note they don't take cash from what I was told.
