Premium Residential Remodeling

Premium Residential Remodeling operates as a carpenter and remodeling company from Montgomery that covers Conroe and surrounding parts of Montgomery County. Frank and Medi lead the team on custom bathroom renovations, master bathroom work, custom showers, tub to shower conversions, kitchen remodeling, and whole home projects that include flooring and added living space. The business started in 2017 and lists itself under bathroom remodeler and general contractor categories while handling service establishment tasks as well.

Homeowners report hiring them for dining room conversions into bars, master and guest bathroom updates with new vanities and tile, full kitchen replacements paired with flooring, media room additions above garages, entertainment wall builds, and outdoor kitchen installations. Frank, Medi, Jose, and David appear in accounts of these jobs, with reviewers noting fixes to initial issues, material selections that matched existing homes, and results that included clean modern finishes along with pocket door additions.

Reviewers describe prompt arrivals, consistent daily presence, clear cost breakdowns that let owners handle some tasks themselves, and crews that cleaned up at the end of each day with progress checks along the way. Work stayed within agreed schedules in Conroe and The Woodlands locations, extended once to Walker County when requested, and included coordination with other trades such as plumbers and electricians on site.

All listed feedback gives five stars and highlights recurring points around attention to tile layouts, vanity and shower details, overall cleanliness during projects, and willingness to adjust plans without added friction. Google shows a 4.9 rating though listed with zero reviews attached there.

“Our bathroom remodel turned out great! Everyone at Premium Residential Remodeling was fantastic - the team went above and beyond handling over 2,000 lbs of marble tile with extreme care, treating our home like it was theirs. From start to finish we were confident in the work being performed. We love how the mosaic tile was laid and the wallpaper installation tied the room together. The team easily handled new window framing, light fixtures, a new bathroom fan, and painting on top of the intricate tile work. We highly recommend using Premium Residential Remodeling for your home renovation projects. Thanks team!!”

“We moved from Walden (Montgomery) to Walker County and a house in need of an overhaul. PRR came highly recommended from Walden residents, and although outside their service area, Frank and Medi and crew were accommodating to our remodel needs. Medi was able to itemize each work task and cost, allowing us to adjust to our budget needs and allowed us to handle some of the work we could perform ourselves, as well as install lighting, appliance, vanity and plumbing fixtures we provided. Their crews installed a new kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, new flooring and a beautiful outdoor kitchen and bar. The crews were polite and cleaned up after each workday with periodic progress checkpoints and payments. We would recommend PRR for your next remodel project.”

“Recently finished a large remodel project (see the before and after of the kitchen below) with PRR. It involved a new kitchen, new flooring throughout the main floor of the house and a new guest bathroom. Frank and his team were very responsive and always on time. They were very good about correcting any mistakes and adapting to changes. The only criticism I would make is they didn’t cover anything with plastic so be sure to safeguard your furniture other valuables. Regardless, I would highly recommend the PRR team for your next project. When we remodel our master bathroom they are the only call I will make!”

“After much deliberation, my family decided to work with Premium Home Remodeling to update our upstairs bathroom. We were well taken care of every step of the way from the initial quote and choosing finishes to executing the job. The job was done within 2 weeks. We will absolutely be working with this company on future projects.”

“This company is great. Medi and Frank have been with me every step of the way and made sure I got everything I wanted and then some. They have transformed my house to a whole new living space that I am proud to call my home. Special thanks to David and Jose. Those guys can do anything! What a team. Thanks very much for finishing on time and doing such a wonderful job.”

“Premium Residential Remodeling did an amazing job for us, building out an entire media room above our garage (adding about 400 square feet to our floor plan), along with walling off part of our game room to cut down on our children’s noise. They also installed a few pocket doors in various rooms of our house. They got to work earlier than we had agreed, they showed up promptly and consistently, and were very respectful of the fact that our family (and dog) were living in the construction zone. Though it was a 2-month project, I didn’t consider PRR or their workers to be intrusive at any time. They even worked well with the air conditioning company we chose to work with. They did amazing work building out the media room and kitchenette, and my wife, children, and I are thrilled with the new space they made for us. Our project’s point of contact was Alfredo, and I found him to be professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. The few times we noticed any defect in craftsmanship, they were already working on fixing it before we notified them, and they made sure to take care of any and all issues we saw throughout the process. The end product is a beautiful, comfortable media ”
