What Customers Say

“You should not trust the sales people who claim to be Account Managers. I have had service since 2017, you would think that they would treat long term customers better. Sales person sold me on upgrading services by promising things that apparently they are not able to deliver. I asked specific questions to clarify the service before signing the agreement since I do not understand all of the technical language. My questions were answered satisfactorily, or so I thought. Now that I have signed a long term upgrade commitment, I am being told the promises made will not be kept. To make matters worse, they will not simply change my service back to what it was without paying PENALTIES.”

Katrina Keith

“After twenty years of giving my money to Verizon and Frontier, I finally jumped ship to Spectrum, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. My expectations for a telecom provider are usually in the basement, but Spectrum has been spectacular across the board. The internet is extremely fast and reliable, and the mobile service has been great. What really stands out, though, is the quality of the people. Whether I’m talking to someone on the phone, visiting the store, or having technicians over to my house for wiring, everyone has been phenomenal and legitimately helpful. It’s rare to find a service provider that actually delivers on what they promise, but these guys are doing it.”

Mike Sebastian

“Total scam of a company with zero customer service. Cancel the line on June 2nd still charged me for the whole month on June 15th claiming they are subscription service. Return the equipmentin the store and store agent refuse to give any equipment received receipt. If you have any other internet option just stay away from this company.”

Mohammad Hossain

“I will try to describe my frustration with this company's service in words. I've had intermittent service for the last 6 weeks. I've spent countless hours on the phone with them and all they can do is a 7 day refund. The internet issues still occur!!! Seriously, my internet drops everyday. So frustrating. Come fix the problem. If you can get service from someone else, DO IT!”

David Johnston

“The worst provider ever! I’ve called these people 8 times with in the last 35 days and their representatives are rude and unhelpful. They kept me on the phone for at least a hour each time I called and always promised my account would be fixed. Here i am 35 days later on the phone with people who seem to have bird brains! I will never deal with them again!!”

Jimma Chavis

“I have internet only (cable is a nobrainer as you have iptv, Netflix and many other options). I have connected the service 2 years ago and it was poor and unreliable pretty much since the beginning. Their infrastructure sucks and the service is ok. They try to help but they cant. I moved to Fios for 32 bucks (final) for a 100/100 connection that works much better.”

Alex

“I just drove 34 miles out of my way even when I called and Alex in tech support assured me I would be able to swap the box. Not to mention I've been paying for cable I am not using since February due to lack of knowledge from the techs over the phone. This was the last straw for me. I'm done. 😡😡😡”

Alicia Okeke

“DONT USE THERE SERVICE! They are gouging my business at $260/month then when they send me an advertisement for less than half they state im already a customer and there for not eligible for the service they are providing everyone else. Good way to take care of your already existing clients you swindling pieces of garbage!”

Russell Nibarger

“Terrible customer service. Don’t bother going to this location there are no actual human beings to speak with. Only robots in uniforms posing as humans. I think they must Hale from the planet Mars as they seem ready to fight at all times. You can’t bring any equipment back here but they don’t bother to tell you that until you have driven 39 minutes to get here Jerks”

Vincent Tennyson

“Worst company ever!! Charges customers $100 for basic internet and other fees Rude customer service!! All they want is money in fact a few states have banned this company from their states. Beware people of this scam company and hoodrat managers!”
