“Very poor quality work and craftsmanship. The cabinets in our home built by Trim Co have a poor and inconsistent stain job, inferior wood is used, doors are falling off the hinges, dents and scratches, and over tightened screws that are splitting the wood. They have not shown up for multiple appointments to make repairs, won't return my calls, and are completely unprofessional.”

“Waiting three weeks to get a cabinet door replaced. Week one: "only the sales manager can take that order and he is on vacation until next Monday". Week 2: call on Monday "He didn't come in today". Call Tuesday "He stepped out, He'll return your call. 3 hours later I call back because I heard nothing and its the end of day. "He's gone for the day" I demand to talk to another company rep. And then he is suddenly there. Tell the details of the door needed to be replaced. "I dont know if I have the knives to make that door anymore ill have to check call you back" well its warranty you better! No call back, so I call back Wed., Thurs, Friday this guy is apparently never there. I demand to speak to another company manager/owner suddenly sales manager is there again. "Oh yeah I found the knives we can make it but I dont have the stain Ill have to match best I can so bring me another one of your doors" ok so im gonna head your way " No, no were leaving youll have to wait until Monday". Week 3: come by Monday "he is not here today". Call Tuesday he is in so head over again. "Come back Everyone is at lunch youll have to back in an hour" I ask why didnt you tell me that 20min ago before I drove here. Now the Secretary cant speak English anymore. So here I am sitting in my truck. Garbage company with garbage work and customer service. Dont expect to have your warranty honored or to get timely service or respect if they do claim theyre going to help!!!!”
