The Andrades did a huge project for me - they replaced all the trim in my 2k sq. foot house. They also added a lot of trim around windows and entrances that wasn't there before, and replaced a large stair hand-hold. It's hard to find good contractors and so I want to give a good review for the other homeowners. The Andrades and thier teams did a great job. Michelle, the wife of a husband-wife team, has excellent English and she serves as the project coordinator. I'll give a rundown of how the process worked for me: - The Andrades will come to your house and look things over, talk to you about what you want and measure everything. - Then, over the next few days or weeks, you and Michelle work on the estimate over text, updating the paint choices, adding and removing work, etc. - Once you agree on the estimate, you pay half the cost up front, to purchase the materials and secure the project date. - Before work starts, you need to move furniture to the middle of the rooms and pack away expensive or fragile items. The day before work starts, the trim suppliers will deliver all the trim and wood needed for the project. - On the first day of work, the demo team arrives. They will tape down cardboard to cover the floors and put plastic wrap on your furniture to protect it. Our demo lasted a day and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. - Then a team of trim installers arrives and they cut and install all the trim. Our trim install took 2 days - A team of painters is next. They will caulk and fill in all the nail holes and gaps in the trim, sand and smooth everything out. That took 2 days for us - The painters paint everything last. After they leave you need to not touch the paint for 24 hours, and not put furniture up against it for a few days. - Then, Michelle and her husband come back and they look everything over. They find any problems and put tape on it for the painters to fix. At this time, you will pay the second half of the cost of the project. - The painters will then come back and fix all the problem areas that were identified and re-sand and paint. - In my case, Michelle came back one last time to make sure everything was fixed. Some notes on that: every single day of work, Michelle came over in the morning to check on the workers. She would make sure to give them any special instructions and make sure that the previous days work went correctly. She makes sure to talk to you and get any notes you have or any concerns you have. Also, if something happens while she's gone, you can text her. Then she calls the team at your house to communicate with them and make sure they know. Like any big project, we did have some things go wrong. A worker cut out some trim around a switch when I had said not to; as soon as I found it and asked for it to be re-done, they immediately ripped out what was done and re-did it the way I wanted without any push-back at all. Another thing that happened was the painters got paint in the carpet. I was pretty upset about that, but Michelle took care of it- she arrived with the team the next day and they used an enzyme to remove the paint from the carpet. The carpet looks perfect now. At one point I was worried because the demo team had lost some screws when they took the doors out. Turns out, one of the demo team members is a professional door installer and they carry lots of door screws around with them all the time. The re-curring theme is, if there was a problem, all you have to do is tell Michelle and she takes care of it. By the end I trusted her and her teams. Another thing I wanted to mention is the carpentry work they did on the stair rail. They have a real professional carpenter and it came out SO NICE. Better than I could have imagined. I included pictures.

Absolutely outstanding work by Andrade Custom Trim! I can’t say enough great things about Michelle, Victor and their team. From start to finish, this was one of the best contractor experiences we’ve ever had. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and overall quality are truly next level. They completed multiple projects for us, including cedar beam add-ons, a huge custom-built cabinet on our office wall, floating shelves, and recessed wall built-ins and every single piece turned out flawless. The precision, clean lines, and finish quality clearly show the pride they take in their work. Nothing felt rushed, nothing was overlooked, and the end result completely exceeded our expectations. Communication was another huge standout. They kept us informed through the entire process, were always responsive, professional, and transparent, and made sure every detail aligned with our vision before moving forward. That level of communication is rare and greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a company that delivers top-tier craftsmanship, incredible attention to detail, and excellent communication, Andrade Custom Trim is it. True professionals who take their work seriously and deliver results you’ll be proud of. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Andrade Trim. They were always on time, extremely responsible, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. Their customer service was excellent, and the quality of the work really shows in the finished product. Clean lines, great attention to detail, and true craftsmanship. I would recommend Andrade Trim to anyone looking for high quality trim work.

Michelle’s team installed a wood beam on the ceiling of my second floor. The work they did completely transformed the room. From the moment I first reached out about the project all the way through completion, Michelle was responsive and so helpful. She even had her team move a shelf in my laundry room while they were there. Their work was so impeccable you can’t even tell there was a change. Will definitely reach out to Michelle for future projects.

Best trim company around.
