SCS Contracting & Remodeling

SCS Contracting & Remodeling handles carpentry and remodeling work out of Fort Worth, Texas. Sean runs the company and leads crews on kitchen remodels, bathroom updates, full home renovations, garage conversions, custom cabinet installs, tile work, flooring, painting, and ceiling fixes. They also take on home additions, attic spaces, and outdoor projects across Fort Worth and nearby towns including Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Ennis, and other spots in Ellis County. Sean often meets customers early to go over plans and keeps the same crew on jobs from start to finish.

Reviewers describe Sean and his crew turning small master baths into brighter spaces, converting garages into guest suites with added showers, stripping popcorn ceilings across whole houses, and building home theaters in basements. Other jobs included pegboard walls, stair tile, vinyl plank floors, grab bars with porch handrails, and ceiling repairs where nails had pushed through. In each case the work came out solid, stayed on schedule despite material delays, and left the homes looking updated without changing the original character.

Sean answers calls and texts quickly, shows up on time most days, keeps job sites clean, and gives detailed estimates that hold without added fees. Crews work through scope changes without issue, finish some projects ahead of time, and charge prices customers call fair. The company covers the full DFW area with the same straightforward approach on both big renovations and smaller fixes.

“A huge shoutout to SCS Contracting & Remodeling and Sean Feazell who did a fantastic job installing my pegboard wall and trimming and painting our storefront window. It looks amazing! They were quick to respond to my needs with friendly and very professional service. Highly recommend this company!”

“Fantastic craftsmanship and design! The team at SCS transformed our outdated basement into an incredible home theater and lounge space. Their work is structurally solid and visually stunning. They listened to exactly what we wanted and brought our vision to life beautifully.”

“Incredible remodeling experience! We hired SCS Contracting & Remodeling to completely renovate our home's main living area. From the very first meeting, they were incredibly professional and offered fantastic design suggestions. The construction crew arrived on time every day, worked cleanly, and finished the project exactly on schedule. The craftsmanship is flawless. Highly recommend them!”

“We are completely satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship Sean and his crew provided. We appreciate his patience during the planning phase of our project. We had to delay our project twice and changed the scope a couple of times but in each instance, Sean was professional and we were able to pick up where we left off. Construction took a little longer than expected due to some unexpected issues with material availability but those were to accommodate some specific requests. Also, Sean worked with us through a few project modifications. Our project was pretty sizable. We converted a garage into a guest suite, added a shower to an existing powder room, extended our utility room adding a new dog wash, added a new 4-car garage and added a new courtyard. The experience was predominantly positive. My only complaints are there was a period during construction when communication could have been better and some of the clean up that I had to take of.”

“Highly professional and trustworthy contractors. It is hard to find reliable contractors these days, but SCS exceeded all our expectations. They gave us a detailed, honest estimate with no hidden fees later on. Their attention to detail on the custom carpentry and tile work was top-notch. Our home looks brand new. Thank you for a beautiful job!”

“We had a pretty small master bath which is hard to make shine, but they did. This is an outstanding contractor. Superb craftsmanship. Professional behavior. Actually finished the job earlier than expected. Sean and his guys are so good at what they do, you feel at ease as soon as they start. I do not make it a habit of recommending any type of business because it can backfire on you more times than not. That said, I will have no qualms recommending Sean and his crew to anyone interested in the services they provide. Thanks SCS The first 4 pictures below are the before pics. The last 3 are the after pics. Sean truly turned a pigs ear into a silk purse..even in my small bathroom.”

“Shawn and his crew are nothing short of a miracle. I live in NJ, while my father lives in Ennis, TX. My father had a series of set backs the last few years due to his decades of living with MS and recently had a surgery that has left him unable to move throughout his home freely. I started contacting contractors in my dads area to install grab bars in his shower and a handrail for his front porch. Being in the trades here in NJ, I knew what I was looking for was more of a handyman service. However, during the first call I had with Shawn and after he heard the struggle I was having to find someone reliable, he offered us his services at an amazing rate because of the position we were in. He and his crew went above and beyond, and completed the job within a week. And now I have one less worry about being states away from my father. Thank you and your team again Shawn! You ALWAYS have friends in Jersey!!”
