“Great service at an excellent price. The painters were very professional and the final quality was excellent. Dillian did a great job of managing the project and Gary was easy to work with. Compared to the other offers in Frisco selecting "That 1 Painter" was a no brainer. I had the whole house repainted and the popcorn ceiling scraped my home looks like a million bucks. The first picture is the after picture with new neutral paint and the popcorn ceiling removed. The second picture with the blue paint is the before picture.”

“If I could give no stars I would. Dillon started off great but when the project was started the back of our house and the chimney were painted incorrectly, it was supposed to be two colors with the trim being darker, when we told his crew this he said that’s how he was told to paint it. We addressed it with Dillon and his crew “fixed” it the next day. They only did one coat which didn’t cover the lighter color that was initially applied. His worker seemed upset that he had to go back and fix the problem so the front of our house was worse. They didn’t caulk holes or door frames like stated in the contract, wood wasn’t sanded down and prepped properly so the paint would be smooth. We had columns that were painted as well and he just painted over left over glue dots that could have been removed (they were to clean off areas prior to painting). All trash was supposed to be picked up and hauled away with them, Alex (the painter) is heard on camera saying I’m not taking that just leave it there to the other painter. Paint lids were left in the yard along with trash. Not 1 but both of our flood lights on opposite sides of the house were broken in the process as well and we weren’t told a”

“UPDATE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! SEVERAL SUBS HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME THAT DILLON OWES THEM MONEY. WE HAVE PARTED WAYS WITH THEM AFTER DAY 12 OF THIS NIGHTMARE PAINT PROJECT. THREE INDEPENDENT PAINTING COMPANIES SAID OUR HOUSE NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY REPAINTED. ZERO WORK PERFORMED BY T1P IS SALVAGEABLE!! I never want to leave a poor review for a local business but T1P is on day 9 of an interior home paint project and it is only half complete. They have had 2 different crews at our house and a 3rd is supposed to arrive tomorrow. The work has been poor and the timeline continues to drag out. I won’t go into all the details just yet but the project has been a series of one bad decision after another. My preference is to pay for the work that has been done and find another company to fix & finish the job but they insist it will get fixed & completed. I will update my review once that happens.”

“My whole experience with That 1 Painter was 5 star. Abby and Marcus Lucas (the painter) were wonderful to work with. Marcus did a great job taping, painting, and cleanup. The photo doesn’t do the color any justice. It’s a very pale sage green but you can see the difference if you look at the entryway wall which is gray. This room was gray also before Marcus painted it. I would highly recommend them. Update, I recently had an accent wall in a bedroom painted and they painted my new front and back doors inside and outside. Abby helped me pick out the door color. I wanted a color that people would notice when they drive by and would say “wow, that is nice”. The accent wall I chose the color myself. The walls were a light gray and I think the navy gives it a sofiscated look. They just got done painting all the soffits around the outside and patched all the cracks and painted the garage doors. Kyle, one of the sales people is great to work ewith. A shout out to the painter Richie. He did a wonderful job. Don’t think twice about using That 1 Painter out of Fort Worth.
