Modernize Interiors

Modernize Interiors is a carpentry outfit working out of Garland Texas and run by David. The company takes on full or partial home remodels along with smaller repair tasks such as adding outlets or finishing decks. David handles the work directly and customers reach him for both planned jobs and sudden fixes that need attention right away. The business stays family owned and focuses on straightforward carpentry that covers bathrooms kitchens and general home updates.

Reviewers describe having three bathrooms redone over separate visits with some jobs finished completely and others handled in stages. They also mention deck completion painting new electrical outlets and a range of miscellaneous repairs that came up during larger projects. One homeowner noted that David stepped in during emergencies and kept the same level of care each time. Another pointed out that the crew listened to what was needed and adjusted the plan until the results matched the request exactly.

Work starts on schedule and stays on track through clear updates on materials and progress. Pricing comes across as fair with no surprises on costs and the team answers calls quickly when something breaks or needs immediate attention. Communication stays open from the first visit through final cleanup and the owner makes sure every detail gets handled without extra trips or delays.

The outfit carries a five star mark from nine reviews. Common points raised include steady attention to the small parts of each job solid follow through on deadlines and a direct honest style that builds trust over repeat visits.
