“Jason from MasterCraft Garage Door Service was fantastic to work with. We called in the morning, and he was able to come within a couple of hours. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and he communicated thoroughly throughout the process. He answered our questions and worked efficiently. He fixed a broken garage door that had fallen off the cable and replaced the motor/chain drive, springs, ball bearings & rollers, door seals, and cables on both of our older garage doors. “Very impressed by MasterCraft Garage Door Service. They were able to come out same day to service my garage door that had come off the track due to the cable coming off the drum. Within 10 minutes of making my appointment I received a call from Jason the technician telling me he was already on his way. Jason arrived and was able to repair the garage door all within about 30 minutes or so after calling the office to make my appointment. That was the fastest service I've ever had for any type of home repair service. All in all I was very impressed with MasterCraft and would recommend them to anyone.”

“From my first contact with Nigel through the installation with Erick, the process was professional, courteous and a true desire to meet my needs. Nigel gave me several options based on my needs and even communicated with me on Memorial Day, which I certainly didn't expect but was impressed and pleased. Erick, the installation tech was communicative and competent and productive! Three of my favorite traits in a service person. Their price was competitive and they did not try to upsell me on memeberships. Just good old fashioned practices that will keep me calling them back as needed. Service was new Garage Door opener”

“Hi All - I recently had a problem with a garage door (large 16 foot by 12 foot) that required some attention. Dustin was dispatched to help us out. Dustin was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous as well as focusing on a safety first process. He was able to identify the problem and convey it to me so that we could collaborate and work out the best solution. He spent approximately an hour and a half fixing and tuning the door - it now runs perfectly again. It is sometimes difficult to find a good service partner that takes the time to actually work with the customer and provide a solution that satisfies everyone's needs.
