Jordan Deck and Shade

Jordan Deck and Shade works as carpenters out of Houston where they focus on outdoor wood structures that stand up to the local heat and storms. They build decks from the ground up and handle related projects like fences and patios that turn yards into usable space. The crew draws on years of hands-on work with wood framing and finishing to meet the needs of homeowners who want solid additions rather than quick fixes. Their base in Houston keeps them close to the neighborhoods where humidity and heavy rain test every joint and board on a regular basis.

Homeowners call them for custom fence installs that double as security and visual backdrops like the one done at the Zinn residence or full deck rebuilds that come out smooth and clean such as the job at the Hollister place. They also take on patio upgrades that require careful leveling and detail work as seen at the Atkins residence. The carpenters show up with the right tools for cutting and setting posts then work through each step without dragging the project out longer than needed. In Houston this means dealing with soil that shifts and sun that bakes everything so they choose materials and fasteners that hold up over time.

Customers keep coming back because the work stays on schedule and holds together without callbacks on decks or fences. Reviews note the clean finishes on patios and the way the crew explains what they are doing at each stage so there are no surprises on cost or timing. That steady approach to quality and communication shows up across the jobs they complete in the area. DIRT Score 4.1 from 14 reviews on Finds.
