“DON’T DO IT! I highly recommend NOT using this company! They are currently doing our counter tops in our new home build & we’re supposed to move in this coming Friday. They high a 3rd party to do the installations & the crew they hired for our house was beyond RUDE, complained about absolutely everything, lied & said they didn’t have material that was specifically in the garage & we TOLD them this. I had to keep walking to the garage & getting material for them while they just watched me, not offering to help, which whatever on that it’s the world we live in now. But what first bothered me was the installer huffed & puffed every time I answered his questions, very simple questions just to verify what was to be done. So then the installed one vanity sink that’s oval (pictured below) & ALL of our vanities are the same, OVAL. Then we get a call from the owner (supposedly) Ryan & they accidentally cut rectangles for our kids vanities! Like, how the hell do you cut rectangles when you just cut & installed an oval sink, knowing they’re all oval?!? Well the owner calls us & asks us if rectangle sinks would be ok, so I agreed because we are in a time crunch. We are currently living in a re”

“We hired DFW Stoneworks for our new countertops and sink installation, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, communication was clear and professional. The team walked us through different options, explained pricing transparently, and helped us choose what would best fit our home. When it came time for installation, the crew arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect. They double-checked details with us before proceeding, which made us feel very confident in their attention to accuracy. Even when a small adjustment was needed, they handled it immediately without hesitation and made sure we were completely satisfied. The final result looks absolutely beautiful — the craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. What impressed us most was their sense of responsibility and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers great work but also truly cares about the customer experience. We will definitely return to DFW Stoneworks for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractors.”
“Counters came out great. Can barely notice any seams. Perfect color and for the amount I had to cover where way cheaper than anyone else. Ignore the unfinished stuff, I am completing that although they would have done it if I wanted. Moreover, I have odd shapes to the counter because this is a custom kitchen and they did a great job of cutting and making these odd shapes and curves happen. Find them at the fair in Oct for good deals. Pics of the seams shown.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Veronica and Ryan on the installation of a marble countertop in my kitchen. I was impressed with their passion and knowledge regarding stone. They both were very professional and maintained communication throughout the delays that were caused due to the pandemic. Ryan even updated me while I was on deployment. The quality of their work is excellent….essentially invisible seams…laminated edges look great. Ryan even comes out to the job site and does work himself. I will admit there was a big hiccup during the process that led to some heated discussion, but that will not prevent me from giving them 5 stars. The way Ryan and Veronica handled the situation professionally, listened attentively, and remedied the situation, was perfect for me. Mistakes happen and we all moved past it. I will definitely use DFW Stoneworks for my next project and will recommend them to anyone.”
“Awesome sales team and even better installers. They took time to provide competitive estimates and showed me lots of different samples. The owner even took time to reach out and answer any questions. The best sales experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them for all your remodeling needs.”

From the first consultation to the final result, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The design is beautiful and modern, and every detail was done with precision and care. The team was extremely responsible and attentive, always making sure everything matched what was promised in the contract. The project was completed on time, with no issues, and the final handoff was exactly as agreed. The end result exceeded our expectations — our kitchen looks amazing, and the island has become the perfect centerpiece of our home. We are truly satisfied and will absolutely recommend DFW Stoneworks to our friends and family.”

“Love my new granite counter tops and backsplash. But the process to get there was not good. I usually do not write negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Construction project i understand. And any one of these delays would be expected, but all combined together was not acceptable. I was very dissatisfied with the apparent lack of customer service and attention to detail a project of this size and budget demands. They allegedly had a typo on my email despite it being correct on the sales order, so I missed a whole week of measurement opportunities. When they came to measure 7/16, Ryan had to go back to the shop and get a bigger laser due to size of my kitchen. Again they had estimated drawings, so not sure why they didn't have it with already. Updated measurements were received and revised agreement with new rate sent back July 20. Ryan advised 7.24 they hadn't seen my revised agreement. Re-sent the email and expressed dissatisfaction to him. Counter top install date set for 8.8 and was told 2 days, with backsplash running into the 3rd day. Counter tops went great. The backsplash was a problem. I picked several colors that were presented as all 3x6. One was 3x12, ”
“They helped me with my vanity. It was also super nice having great customer service. I would recommend this place best for the people in the DFW area.”
“Usually we do more research before hiring a company, but we were so impressed by the showroom at DFW StoneWorks and the designer helping us (Corrie), that we figured we would get very professional, high-quality service for the installation. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The installers were very rude, and one even used the bathroom to poop without asking and without washing his hands afterward. They tried to cover up the fact that two pieces of marble had broken - our exterior cameras showed them piling the other back splash around the pieces to hide them as they tried to fix them - and it was only because my husband saw their odd behavior that we caught them. After multiple calls, we were told that they would come back the next day with new pieces. Those pieces ended up being intact...but some of the back splash had been measured incorrectly and blocked two outlets. We were given the option of them coming back the following week to cut them to the right size, but at that point we'd lost faith in the company and just wanted working sinks again. We spent a couple hours cleaning their marks on the marble with lacquer thinner before sealing it ourselves, deciding not to spend ti”
“Awful, awful experience. Ryan, the sales rep is slow or completely non responsive. The work is garbage. They put one of the two sinks 1 inch from the wall at the end of the slab. It is virtually useless. Then they did not seal between the stone and the tile in the shower. Every step has been half assed, with horrible communication. And very poor workmanship across the project. They have offered no help on these issues. They simply do not care. We asked to speak to a manger and only (eventually) got Ryan who offered no help. Every time we call, they just ignore it. Save yourself. Do not call this place for any reason. Again, a really bad experience beginning to end.”
“My countertops looking amazing! Got it done right before the holidays and I was so happy. Ryan and his team were so easy to work with!”
