“I recently got my office interiors done by Flipspaces Design Labs, and I’m extremely happy with the overall experience. The work was amazing right from the designing stage to the final execution. The team understood our requirements really well, came up with a great design, and executed everything with excellent attention to detail. “What a nightmare!!!! Where to even start! We were promised so much more. They fell short on every aspect! We paid for a professional commercial design service. Commercial grade manufactured products. 9 week turn around. That was the 1st of august 22.. we received our container April 2nd 23. Flipspaces caused us to delay our opening by 8 months and had zero respect for what it was costing us. We got excuse, no communication and later found out. When it was supposed to ship had just started production. We had an entire store worth of product sitting. Monthly building expenses they were costing us and we just got excuses. They sent out a guy to come help receive items and to help install where product was so delayed. Instead the guy stood there and documented what items were damaged as we unpacked. Zero help.. no installing or even helping unpack as promised. (Personally nice guy, just not what worker we were promised) 50% of goods came damaged after DELAY. Picture attached on how they were delivered, no crating to prevent damage, all items just thrown on top of each other. We were promised immediate shipment to rectify damaged product. Delivery in 2-3 weeks.. 5 months later snd sti”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly caution startups and mid-sized businesses before working with them. From the very beginning, communication was great. Once I started the design that’s when everything started taking a turn. Calls and emails routinely went unanswered, and follow-ups were ignored. What was supposed to be a straightforward rendering design dragged on for 10 weeks, with no clear timeline, accountability, or progress updates. I was continuously strung along from the start through the middle of the project, only to be abandoned entirely before completion. They gave me a designed rendering that I cannot even execute because their designs are based SOLELY ON THEIR PRODUCTS. So I paid a 6K rendering for a design that I cannot even bring to life! I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for “links for me to buy similar items” like what? Ved told me that they won’t have anything on their cargo until January but then told me he was working with my grand opening date of Dec 15th. I’ve had to push my grand opening now to February 2025. They advertise that you will get a portal login to track the entire project experience I never received a link”

“We signed a contract with this company for a restaurant renovation that was promised to be completed in around 6 months. More than two years later, we are still waiting for key items that were paid for but never delivered. The pattern has been constant delays, excuses, and promises that are never kept. These failures have caused repeated urgent issues for our business and significant stress. At this point, it feels completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No business owner should have to chase a company for years to finish a project. If you’re willing to wait years instead of months, this may be the company for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.”

I had no idea where to even begin with the project that I had in mind for my office redesign and Flipspaces worked with me through every step of the process to get to the current phase which is demo. “I had a great experience working with Flipspaces on our Thrift Shop remodel in Pleasant Hill, California. The team, particularly designer Kirti, is incredibly talented. They use advanced AI technology to deliver a professional and efficient service. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the challenges of collaborating with a remote team on the floorplan and design. Having someone on-site to assist with measurements, local regulations, and space-specific advice would have been helpful. I found myself making decisions that, in hindsight, weren't fully achievable due to local restrictions and costs. Now, the Flipspaces project is complete, I'm struggling without guidance to scale back and address some of the design decisions that were not realistic given my budget. That said, the value for money, visionary ideas, and attention to detail from the Flipspaces team were outstanding.”

“Very worst and bad experience working with Flipspaces. It’s been two months now and my new restaurant project is not done yet. It’s is such a nightmare working with a team of unprofessional peoples. The designs we approved not provided the stuff. I really wanted to talk to the owner of Flipspaces and I want to tell him that there are lot of unprofessional people in his team/company who totally misguided the people the push them to provide them money from their clients to procure the materials or stuff which they are planning to install. Spent $20000 as of now and the result is big zero. I personally never recommend this company to the interiors or renovation for either your commercial space or residential property. For me they are completely unprofessional.”

“0 - star for this company. Don’t go ahead with this company for commercial design and furniture orders for restaurants. We are writing to formally address our serious concerns regarding the recent furniture delivery from Flipspace on oct-18th,2024. It has been over 60 days past the committed deadline, and the quality of the delivered items is entirely unacceptable. They are not refunding and stopped responding for our email communications. The majority of the delivered items exhibit significant defects, design faults, damages, and dimension discrepancies—essentially 98% of the furniture is defective. We invested over $75,000 without taxes in premium quality furniture and expected products that reflect this level of investment, not low-quality or second-hand items. We would like to proceed legally and teach them a lesson. Never trust this company . They are not committed to work, money minded people. I have taken this issue to flipspace eadership team and even didn’t receive response from them. Currently, we have received only approximately $5,000 worth of furniture that meets our standards. We cannot accept the remaining items, which have major issues and missing pieces”

“Flipspaces reached out to our company to complete a project in Toronto. We went back in forth with prices, I got the contract for review. At that point all communications with them stopped, I couldn't reach anyone. No response to numerous calls and emails at all. Finally reached someone almost a month later, he informed me that they found someone cheaper (after sending me a contract already) started trying to blame me for taking time to respond to it, which is rubbish, I have records of trying to reach them in that time period multiple times. And then he hung up on me. All communication email or phone are logged. I wasted a lot of my time and effort and didn't get a courtesy of a measly email saying that they are going somewhere else. That's the minimum you expect.”
