“I renovate homes. I’ve used AGM for 4 homes now and will not use anyone else. They are on time and deliver excellent quality and cuts. And they make things right if there are any issues - be it something with the stone or simply you giving them the wrong measurements for a cooktop 😳 that’s the real tell of customer service for me. They respond quickly and have the best prices. They do an excellent job and are professional and aim to make sure you are satisfied. Paige has been my rep and she is on top of it. Used many others in the metroplex with different jobs but now I only use them. Good selection, and if they don’t have what you want - then wait or get a slab from a supplier and let them cut it. “We are totally pleased and satisfied with the materials, design consultations, workmanship and prices at Ibanez Countertops and Amazing Floors. From the time we started the project with Christina displaying all the granite and quartz choices, then calling in Ivonne to help us with tile choices and backsplash design, then through the demo work, placing the granite, and ending with the backsplash installation, the process was handled efficiently, expeditiously, and professionally. Great attention and allowance was given to detail, timing, and cost. One day was for the demo and granite placement and one for the backsplash. They also cleaned up the work area. I cannot brag on this company enough. I must say that the patience, kindness, and compassion that Christine and Ivonne demonstrated in helping us was wonderful because we were so worried and unsure of what we wanted. “I recently worked with Maria Ibanez on the replacment of my kitchen sink and she and her crew were amazing. The cutout in my countrertop was an odd size, and I was worried the new sink I'd already purchased wouldn't be a fit. One of her crew came by my house and measured the cutout before the install and she supplied a plumber to reconnect the plumbing. The day of the install, her crew members arrived early and did phenomenal work. This wasn't a big job for Maria, but that didn't seem to matter to her. She went above and beyond to complete my sink project; I would highly recommend Ibanez AGM Countertops to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company.”

“Excellent services. This company did an amazing job on my countertops for kitchen island, bathroom vanities, and media room bar. Superb workmanship; I couldn't even see where the seams were on my waterfall countertop. Prices were competitive and reasonable. In addition, their staff , especially Paige, were just fantastic. Paige was both cordial and knowledgeable. She skillfully guided me through the entire process from selection to installation and promptly followed-up afterwards to be sure that I was satisfied. “Ibanez countertops did an amazing job on our countertops & backsplash not to mention pricing was reasonable. The installers were professional & meticulous ensuring everything was perfect. When they were installing the backsplash, they would ask questions along the way to ensure we were OK with what they were doing which I appreciated – they didn’t just assume. When we decide to move forward with our bathrooms, I won’t use anyone else, but Ibanez!”

“I had new kitchen and bar countertops installed about two months ago. The entire process went smooth from start to finish. Very professional and the installers were al ways punctual. Paige was absolutely fantastic !!!”

“This has to be the absolute worst company a contractor can hire. They have promised to show up to install our counter-tops on 5 separate occasions. They have attempted to force us into quick decisions to get our installation completed quicker, and then still did not show. They fabricate stories and tell bold lies about why they cannot complete the job. They have slowed the entire production of our house project because of four (4) weeks of no shows. Once they finally showed up, they only had half our counter-tops. The contractors for this company told us they are three (3) months behind on their jobs and said, "yeah, we get yelled at all the time". Wow! I cannot believe they would admit such an embarrassing fact. Hopefully you or your contractor will never use this company. An absolute horrible experience.”

“BUYER BEWARE! I picked out granite for my bathroom in June 2016. Christina was my sales girl and she did a great job giving me samples and helping me choose. I would say top notch service in choosing the granite. A date was set to install a couple of weeks out and they called the day before and moved it out another week. The day they were installing, I was only able to get the morning off but was assured they would be at my home no later than 11:00. I even called to verify that morning. They didn’t get to my house until 12:30. I let them in and had to leave for work. When I got home and looked at the top, it was damaged. There were several scrapes about 2.5 inches wide and 8 inches long that led to the front edge where it was actually chipped. I took photos and sent them to Christina. She said they would have someone out to look at it and see if it can be fixed. I couldn’t install the faucet because I didn’t know if they would be ripping the counter out. I had to contact Christina 4 or 5 times over the next 9 weeks, yes, 9 WEEK! She finally told me someone would be coming to fix it, that got cancelled and pushed back another 5 days, then the morning they were to come out (again) I ”
