“Great experience with Fixi! Minh was very professional and helpful when providing us with a quote for the job. Xavier and Ryan removed the exterior shutters from our home and were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. “Every person I've dealt with has been professional and nice. The work they do is great and even when accidents happen they do their best to resolve the situation. Xavier came to do some work for me and knows his stuff. Tre came afterwards to document an unforeseen accident promptly helped schedule things to get everything resolved. Highly recommend this company cause you'll be in good hands. Sept 8 Part 2: my project actually had to be split into two different appointments because there was other work that had to be done in between. Fixi was great about being flexible with that and came to finish the project today. To my surprise, the owner actually came to finish the job and I didn't find this out until they were wrapping up. “I had a frustrating experience with Fixihandyman and would not recommend their service. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and even took time off work for it. Then, just one day before the appointment, they canceled. A bit more notice—at least two days—would have been appreciated given that I had already adjusted my schedule. When the estimator finally came out, he arrived 30 minutes late and didn’t ring the doorbell. Instead, he was walking around outside my house taking photos without notifying me, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. A couple of days later, I received the estimate, and it was extremely high—about three times more expensive than another repair company I contacted. Overall, between the last-minute cancellation, poor communication, and inflated pricing, this was not a good experience.”

I had some small repairs and two pieces of furniture that i ordered online that needed to be assembled. Then I received the itemized free estimate in a couple days. I agreed to the estimate and then Jonathan and his helper came out to do my repairs the following week. They are very good at communicating though text regarding their arrival and everything else. They arrived promptly within the window time frame they gave me. The did my repairs and assembled my two buffet hutches. The manager Kyle also stopped by to review the work as well. All work was very professionally done and all three gentlemen were very friendly and the work was reasonably priced.”
