“I was looking for someone to build 2 sets of custom cabinets. Other than the initial struggle of getting someone on the phone, my initial contact with Norman seemed fine. He said he was busy the week of with family matters but instructed me to call him the following week for him to come to my home and discuss the job. When I contacted him again he forgot about our initial discussion, but after some reminding he seemed to recall. He instructed me to text him my name and address and he would set up a tile to come to my home…never received a response. I messaged him 2 additional times and still no response. Then, I was unable to get anyone on the phone. This has delayed me by a full month getting my project done. I am in a new home requiring these cabinet projects to be done in order for my home to properly function. Very unprofessional.”
