“I ordered custom plantation shutters here. I paid a 50% deposit, and they said they would be finished in about a week. After visiting their shop twice and waiting over a month, the shutters were not finished yet. I called them several times and they rarely answered the phone. And I finally ended up having to get a refund. Horrible, unprofessional service.”

“Horrible experience this company is a complete fraud do not purchase anything from them , do not trust this family owned business they are all thieves from the owner to the father they take your money I've payed close to 5000 already and when the day they where to show up they all disappeared they don't anwser calls messages nothing , I have all receipts I've even gone to the location in nuevo laredo the owner hides she just takes your money and never shows up any more please do not fall for the office located in laredo tx they show you the cabinet set up but its all fake just to take your money”
