“Called Shane Stock asking for his help or at the very least if he could point in the direction of someone who could. Was very rude to me on the phone. Told me “I’m not interested in helping or taking this job and I’m going to hang up now”. I would advise not using him for anything. Customer service is nonexistent. I also had to call several times over a few days to even get him on the phone.”
