What Customers Say

“I meant to write this post a while back, but I wanted to recognize Joshua Leek for the great work he did on my truck at Schneider National. He worked on my starter and batteries and did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and always makes safety a priority while doing his work. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and that my truck was ready to get back on the road. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. I also want to mention that the Wilmer yard is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of room to park. Thank you, Joshua, for the excellent service. It is greatly appreciated.”

“Solid company they could not find me in the system. Oc instructors in class didn't seem to care moved right alone with class mean while im sitting about hour getting behind. I calmly got up told one of the instructors this is not the company for me and left. That was a recipe for instant failure.”

“If you live in Texas than you already know they drive like drumsticks. Which is not good, not one bit”

John Sullivan

“Every time I come security is smart to me , rude and disrespectful. Smart mouth and talking to me any kind of way . Makes me wonder if they aren’t getting paid much money is the reason why it’s always an issue with their bad customer service skills .”

“While following GPS directions, I accidentally entered this yard and immediately notified staff. Once I realized my stop was next door, I apologized and simply asked for the gate to be opened so I could safely exit. I was denied due to it being a “secured lot” and was instead expected to turn a semi truck and trailer around in a very tight space. Anyone with real driving experience understands that this creates unnecessary risk for equipment damage and safety issues. I respect the need for security policies, but there should also be room for basic judgment when safety is involved. Allowing a driver to safely exit would have taken less than a minute and prevented a potentially hazardous situation. Situations like this make it hard to take “safety-first” claims seriously when common-sense solutions are ignored.”

“I have been driving for 17 years got my license from this company when I was 21 years old. You couldn’t even get in a truck if you couldn’t back up or dock they wouldn’t let u out of class. I drive a yard truck now and Schneider delivers trls for this company to load and ever Schneider that come over here hits other trls or can’t back up to save there life and I’m just so lost lost for words the training department needs to train more on backing and stop trying to just put ppl in trucks to fill a quota! This is said I use to send ppl to Schneider to get there license not any more because this is not the training I got and that really need to do better it’s sad that these drivers can’t back up! The first thing they taught before even hitting the streets was backing”

“Update: The OC manager and shop manager called me, they wanted to find a way to improve their services next time I came in. They did, the next two times I came in, there was NOT grease on the steering wheel, seat belt or the inside of the truck, and they repaired everything they said they would (instead of only 1 thing out of 2-3 things), and the AC finally worked for more than a couple hours (3rd times the charm :) What impressed me most was his professionalism and kindness. Schneider is an awesome company to work for! ——- This a review for the mechanic repairs. Each time I have had to have repairs here, I drop off my truck and drive the 1.5 hours home. In a couple days when my truck is done, I speak to the mechanic at the Dallas OC over the phone to make sure each item was fixed. Then, I make the 1.5 hour drive back into to Dallas OC. They always fail to fix something. This time it was my driver side tag axle tires. They had the wear bars showing (a DOT violation). I even put it in writing, which tires needed changed. It was obvious though, all the other tires had been changed a month before at a tire bank and looked great. Oh my gosh...they gave me 6 brand new tires in back (rep”

“my mother and step father have been there multiple times, and every time that they are there, they food always gets messed up. idk how the woman that was working dont understand that a cheeseburger does not need two patties UNLESS it is a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. my mom could not even eat her food, she basically had to feed it to her dog, and she put so many pickles in one spot, my mother could not even enjoy her DOUBLE cheeseburger that was supposed to be a REGULAR cheeseburger. fire the woman, and do better.”

“I used to value booking freight with your company, but since you switched to an AI system for answering calls, the dispatch process has gone downhill. The wait times are excessive, the AI consistently provides incorrect information, and by the time we reach a real person, the load is already covered.”

“This location is one of the nicer ones includes ALL amenities laundry, food, WiFi, gym, showers and more. Food is delicious better than Erica’s cafe.”

“This is one of my favorite OCs. Unless im coming in for maintenence. Service advisors shouldn't be allowed to schedule appointments. Since they clearly dont understand what appointments are or how they work. Came in for a SCHEDULED PM service at 11am. They didn't pull my truck in untill 8:45 pm.”

“No showers or laundry but useful for parking and has a few dumpsters for trash. WiFi inside is decent shop for company and lease o/o”

“Great food . Sorry employees only.”

“This is a pretty good place to stay. They have food and shower facilities. Why 2 stars? If you are an owner operator never ever ever get your truck repaired here. It would be shoved to the bottom of the list constantly because you are not important. Even if they are currently working on your truck after you manage to get on the repair list they will stop working in the middle of your repair to work on a company vehicle. You will be here for days for some relatively small repair”

“This just might be my favorite OC. I haven’t been to them all. But I’m liking this one the most. Staff here is also so pleasant, maintenance was a big help & the cafe staff was nice. You’ll have everything you need here & if it doesn’t they’ll be someone to help you figure it out!”

Leonie Cadet

“No internet. Even your own phone internet isn't accessible here.”

“It's a lovely, newer facility. However, lack of a fuel island and lack of parking closer to the building so that drivers can just run in and get something and run right out mean that I will rarely stop here. And don't get me started on one of the slowest shops in the company. If you're an owner-operator, the Laredo shop is a better fit, at least in my experience.”

“Review is for the OC in Dallas. The food is great, vegetarian options are nice. Showers are clean. Easy to get into, but a little difficult if you want to go to the near truck stop; still easy enough. Plenty of parking, and the staff were very nice. Guarded and fenced in, felt my truck was safe. Quite large, never worry about parking availability when near the area. The shops are great and knowledgeable mechanics are always a pleasure. I plan on many restarts and 10’s here.”
