“Paul is truly made for a career in customer service. I arrived at the store shortly before closing. After ordering online from Woodcraft, I just wanted to see what it was like inside. Paul took the time to answer my questions and while I didn't want to interfere with his time off, he gladly helped. I had a bad experience with a different local woodworking supply company and after my experience with Paul, I'll exclusively shop at Woodcraft. I live out of state so I don't always have a chance to visit a Woodcraft location so I appreciate that he didn't push me out of the store right at closing time. Paul, your knowledge and kindness went a long way. This store is lucky to have an employee like you. Thank you for treating my family and myself like valued members of the Woodcraft family. Your hospitality meant a lot to us. I look forward to visiting your store again.”

“This is the first time my husband and I have visited the store. I was shocked at how big it was. We didn’t purchase anything, it was more to get acquainted with the inventory. There seemed to be a steady line being rung out at the register which seemed good. There was also a “live” Facebook video going on towards the back. I personally do not know anything about this craft but came with my husband. I was impressed at the things offered at this store. It definitely gave my husband a starting point for whatever he is considering creating. As far as customer service, most people seemed to know what they needed or were perusing for. I did hear questions answered at random times but for the most part people seemed to know what they were there for. I am sure we will visit again.”

“My bride and I just got back from Costa Rica celebrating our 10 year anniversary. I found the most beautiful wood carved toucan ashtray while over there. I damaged it trying to wrap it up for the flight home. Took it into the shop, and Mark and Scott knew what to do to fix it. Took all of above 5 minutes. They are wood expects because they gave more than the service, they gave wisdom and knowledge. You can't Google that.”
