“Phil came out to service and give our garage door a tune-up. Sometimes it closed like it was supposed to and sometimes it would not. The communication with the appointment time was great and he was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and as soon as we told him what was going on, he had an idea of what it was and that was exactly it. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. We will definitely use Neumann High Country Doors again.”

“Responded within couple hours to broken spring, had it repaired & back working within very short time after arrival. Very professional technician & appreciated his knowledge as well as his helpful advice on how to maintain the door properly and how to open & close it in an emergency. Neumann high Country Doors is my garage door go-to company now & I will gladly recommend to family & friends. Terrific communication too.”

“Having purchased a used house with a broken garage door spring in a different state I needed a referral. My stepson had a relationship with Neumann High Country Garage Doors. Phil arrived promptly as scheduled and had the springs replaced very quickly. He also educated me on how to change the remote codes. Much appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied.”

“Neumann helped me when another (well known) local company couldn't. They tried to actually fix my problem rather than sell me a new garage door. I'm so grateful for them! David Nelson was so helpful and saved me when I ran into the back of my in laws door. Forever grateful.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. Very professional.. Phil answered all my questions. He had the new system up and running faster than I got the old one down. He also informed me that the rollers were shot on my door. He replaced them. What a difference!! It’s like a brand new door!! Neumann High Country has always had a great reputation. We’ve been here 30 + years, this is the 2nd time we’ve needed them. Thank you for fantastic customer service., Phil!”

“The technician Phil arrived a few minutes early at 8:52. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He proceeded to the garage and assessed the situation. He had the problem and fixed and was ready to leave by 9:15. Thank you for a job WELL DONE at an affordable price. Dave Plummer”

“I highly recommend Neumann High County Doors. Their prices are competitive. Every employee I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, very personable. They arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. They use a tracking app which tells you exactly when they will arrive at your property.”

“Neumann High Country Doors installed new Amarr garage doors, 2-car and 1-car, on our Prescott home in early May. The doors were ordered with dark tinted vertical windows and custom paint color to match the accent color of our home. Neumann High Country Doors quote was significantly less costly than their primary local competitor, without the over the top marketing tactics, and they matched the lifetime springs and 1-year free springs adjustment. What also stands out in our experience was employee Jordan identifying a problem created by our painter having painted the wrong side of the new garage doors trim. He called me to explain new doors operation would be compromised by the now painted rubber seal sticking on the doors. He advised the trim would need to be replaced, next day, to cor”

“We needed to have the spring on our garage door replaced. Josiah was friendly, explained what he was going to do and said how long it would take. He was professional, friendly and happy to answer all my questions. The work took about 30 minutes, which was great, but I don’t believe the cost matched the time needed for the job. However, I would absolutely recommend Neumann High Country Garage Doors to anyone in need of garage door repair because they were professional and easy to work with.”

“Our technician David Nelson was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did for our two garage doors. He was able to make our doors work smoothly and quietly. I would definitely recommend Neumann High Country Garage Doors to anyone looking for fast friendly service.”
