Kir Remodeling

Kir Remodeling operates as a carpenter business out of Round Rock, Texas, with Kirill running the operation as owner and main point of contact. The outfit focuses on home and interior remodeling across the Austin area. Services include whole-home updates, bathroom and kitchen work, move-in renovations for apartments and condos, plus flooring, painting, doors, popcorn ceiling removal, and smooth finishes. Kirill coordinates the team under one written plan from the first discussion through final walkthrough.

Reviewers describe Kir and the crew replacing rotting patio posts, restoring and staining large Ipe decks, refinishing teakwood decks, and power washing stone patios. Kirill has installed security cameras, hung heavy TVs, repaired drywall, fixed decks, cleaned upholstery, and handled load-bearing column replacements on front porches using metal braces for support during the work. Other jobs include appliance installation, emergency repairs, and general home fixes that leave spaces functional and clean.

Customers note Kir arrives on time, keeps communication open, and follows through on the agreed plan. Pricing registers as fair and competitive rather than the lowest. The team responds fast to calls, returns quickly for any follow-up fixes even weeks later, and maintains clean job sites. Work covers Austin and nearby towns such as Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, Leander, Pflugerville, and Lakeway.

The business carries a 5-star rating from 16 Google reviews. Common points include reliable scheduling, skilled execution that matches the plan, and solid results on both small repairs and larger remodeling projects.
