KM BUILDERS

KM BUILDERS operates as carpenters out of San Antonio, Texas, where they handle remodeling work across kitchens, bathrooms, and room additions for local homes. The company focuses on design-build projects that combine planning with on-site carpentry to update spaces without unnecessary delays. In a city like San Antonio with its mix of older housing stock and new builds, they tackle the practical side of framing, trim work, and structural changes that homeowners need when expanding or refreshing rooms. Their approach stays grounded in the daily demands of the trade, from measuring twice to dealing with the realities of Texas weather that can affect lumber and finishes during jobs.

Carpenters from KM BUILDERS take on full kitchen remodels that involve cabinet installation and island builds, bathroom updates with custom vanities and framing for new layouts, plus room additions that require solid foundation ties and roof connections. They work through the heat and humidity common in San Antonio, selecting and treating wood to hold up against expansion and moisture that can warp doors or floors over time. Homeowners often face issues like settling foundations or outdated floor plans in older neighborhoods, so the crew manages those by reinforcing joists and building additions that match existing structures without overcomplicating the process. This keeps projects moving forward on typical timelines for local remodels.

Customers give steady marks for how KM BUILDERS handles timing and keeps costs in line during carpentry work, along with clear updates on progress and solid results on the finished builds. The crew earns points for showing up prepared and fixing common San Antonio problems like door sticking from summer expansion or weak framing in additions. DIRT Score 3.98 from 52 reviews on Finds.
