Baxter Pacific Construction

Baxter Pacific Construction handles carpentry and general contracting from San Marcos, Texas. The firm focuses on commercial interiors, high end residential builds, luxury retail construction, flagship stores, boutique buildouts, tenant improvements, and custom developments. They have fifteen years plus in the trade and keep their main office in California while holding operational reach into Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Hawaii. The work centers on retail clients and high end malls along the West Coast.

Jobs center on tenant improvement projects where crews frame out new retail spaces, finish commercial interiors, and complete buildouts that match architect and designer plans. Reviewers would note the shift from raw shells to finished stores that open on schedule. The same crews handle high end residential additions and custom developments that require precise woodwork and interior framing across multiple states.

They keep jobs moving with Procore and Bluebeam Studio for tracking and coordination. Laser layout tools help set accurate lines on site. The outfit works with architects and global brands to deliver projects that stay on time and on budget. Service covers California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Hawaii with a focus on clear updates and steady progress through each phase of tenant work and retail construction.
