“# 1 in customer service. My garage door broke last night, I called Godstone this morning the young lady that answered the phone was courteous and compassionate. The owner was amazing, he came out immediately, gave an estimate and had my garage door fixed within hours. He even called me to make sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend Godstone.”

“Service was excellent. We were notified when he was on his way and the problem with one door was diagnosed. A new door is needed and we will be getting an estimate and scheduling to have that door replaced. He serviced both doors and were very kind to give us a discount. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service and repairs. As an update-Godstone replaced both of our garage doors. There were some issues but on my request I asked for Cody to help out. Cody did an excellent job and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They arrived on time the technician was a friend of my grandson, Travis. Travis repaired my garage door, reprogramed every thing and was done in less than 2 hours. “Quick to respond and flexible with customer needs. Was able to troubleshoot issue and determined that the almost 30yr old original unit that was installed with the home was failing to retain pairings due to an internal circuitry/board problem. Would have cost significantly more to have it repaired as the parts are no longer available so replacement was the more cost friendly option. If you need a quick repair and assessment these are the guys to go through.”

“I had a garage door installed by Godstone. They arrived on agreed upon time and provided me an estimate. They had the type and color of the garage door I wanted. The estimate cost was very reasonable. They provided me copies of estimate and delivered the garage door on day and time agreed to. The installer was courteous, and installed the door, removed old door and all associated paper and cardboard. I highly recommend them.”

“Travis was very kind and considerate. He analyzed the clicking noise as some internal problem in the motor unit. He determined that repairing the unit was probably not feasible and recommended that the unit be replaced. I believe his conclusion was correct and plan to replace the unit as soon as I can afford it. Travis lubed all of the door mechanism and only charged me $80.00, which I thought was very fair. I believe Godstone is a competent and fair company.”

“Repairman kicked my sensors off the rail and broke the mount. Then later said it must have been old and that is why it broke. Put a smaller bracket on to hold the sensor but the new one does not protect it from being hit like the original. The bracket is too small. Update: Godstone contacted me. Said he wanted me yo be satisfied and willing to make it right. He replaced the lasers/sensors with new one at no cost. Arrived promptly and did a nice job. Overall, they did a great job and ensured I eas satisfied by following up with me. Would recommend.”
