JAF Construction LLC

JAF Construction LLC handles carpentry along with drywall, flooring, tile, acoustic ceilings and cold-formed metal framing work from their base in Sugar Land, Texas. They operate as general contractors and construction managers on both residential and commercial jobs across the Greater Houston Area. The company lists over 20 years of field experience and works as a licensed and insured subcontractor on projects that range from restaurants and retail spaces to homes and medical facilities.

Customers describe repairs after burst pipes caused water damage to multiple rooms, along with new flooring installed in master bedrooms, drywall fixes in garages and fresh tile laid in kitchens. Federico supplied bids that stayed fair, showed proof of insurance and ran crews that finished on schedule. One homeowner noted the final rooms looked better than before the damage, while another said the same crew handled several separate jobs without issues.

They keep communication direct, show up when promised and stick to the prices quoted upfront. Work happens in the Greater Houston Area on both home and business sites, with crews described as professional and friendly. Reviewers mention jobs completed without delays and crews that caught extra details an insurance adjuster had overlooked.

Four reviews give the company five-star marks. The topics that repeat center on work finished on time and crews that stay professional throughout each project.

“My pipes burst during the February freeze/blackout causing severe water damage to several rooms. After pulling my hair out dealing with estimates from other "contractors" who were either uninsured or unwilling to commit to a price, I was given Federico's contact info at JAF. A fair bid, proof of insurnace, on-time work and a very professional crew. He even pointed out things the insurance adjuster missed that could have been a problem later. The damaged rooms now literally look better than new. JAF is awesome! If I ever decide to do more remodeling, I'll use them again in a heartbeat!”

“I've used JAF Construction a few times now. Every experience has been great and I cannot recommend them enough. I've had them replace the flooring in my master bedroom, fix drywall in the garage, and install new tile in my kitchen. They can do everything!”

“Completed work in a timely manner and went above board to to see a professional job was done. Will use this company for future projects.”
