“My husband and I have worked with Fabian and his team on several projects over the past 4 years. Needless to say, we are happy LYF customers! Fabian is honest, punctual, fair, communicative and SO friendly. He respects your input and vision, while offering experienced input which leads to FANTASTIC results. His tradesmen are true artisans. Particularly Jamie, Arturo, Jose and Martin! They have become like family. I trust them like brothers and the atmosphere during our projects is so friendly. We would not want to work with anyone else and won’t! Can’t wait to begin our kitchen project!”

“I can't ask for any better experience! Fabian and his crews are highly skilled and professional. They are time every single day. Fabien came to the job site often and really listened to what we wanted. We can't be any happier with the result! We won't be looking for anyone else on the next project.”

“I am very disappointed in Fabian's work. We had him repair the roof at my elderly mom's condo. The leak is still happening and we are not sure if anything was done to repair the roof in the first place. We paid $5275 and were given a 3 year warranty for the work, which is worthless, because we cannot get Fabian to take our calls over the last many months to come out and fix the roof. I would give him zero stars if I could. He took over $5000 from an elderly lady on Social Security income and never fixed anything! In fact his disrepair is causing damage to the flooring and countertops too. With the heavy rains we have water coming into the house like a faucet left on. Do not waste your money with this contractor. Sub par work and not reliable!!”

“Fabian and his team were efficient, professional and affordable. From day one they were on time, on schedule and on budget. Highly recommended for home improvements.”

“Our friends referred Fabian and his company to us for our bathroom renovation. Fabian and the whole crew were amazing. They worked quickly, had great suggestions, and were prompt and reliable. I am so happy with our renovation that I am having them come back to do more. I highly recommend them !”

“I can not recommend Fabian and Edwin enough for the professional job they delivered. Their communication was timely and clear. They completed my outdoor kitchen and complete fence makeover in two days. I highly recommend them for your construction plans. Great job!!”

“My family and I were looking for a construction company that would meet all our perspectives. We wanted to feel confident in the project we were going to carry out in our house and we decided on lyf Construction. Our experience was very good. The entire team worked very cleanly. The owner, Fabian, was a very good person and very professional. We were very happy to have chosen lyf Construction. We recommend it 100 %”

“We feel very lucky finding Fabian and his team. They did great work with unbeatable value on two major renovations for us. First was a full kitchen remodel, flooring, custom bathroom and laundry cabinets, and they just finished a 500 square foot second story addition. The addition included a new bedroom, bathroom, closets, and storage room. Fabian goes out of his way to make sure we are happy with all work being done. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would (and probably will) hire LYF Construction again. Highly recommended.”

“Fabian and his crew are very professional and easy to work with. My bathrooms were finished very quickly and the quality of work was outstanding. I will definitely contact him again for future projects.”

“Just recently, I was forced to find another contractor due to the company I have relied on for 30 years is no longer in the business. So, for months I had been searching for a contractor to remodel my bathroom that had developed a plumbing leak and shower pan leak. I had 6 estimates completed including LYF's. All were various prices but there were 3 competitively priced and out of the 3, I decided to give LYF the job after meeting Fabian and Edwin again and they were able to answer all of my questions. What was impressive to me about Fabian and Edwin was the job would be turnkey and their ability to communicate was superb. They are a family owed business and made me feel as if I were part of their family. Each day Edwin, Arturo and Jamie arrived on time and seemed happy to be here. They really made me feel I could trust and count on them. Each day prior to leaving they would have me come in and I would admire their work. I never felt nickeled or dimed through the process. They completed the job in a timely manner, did what they promised and made sure I was completely satisfied. I now have a beautiful bathroom again that I am very pleased with and a company I can count on for future”

“Fabian and Edwin did an excellent job turning our tub shower into standing shower. All the tile colors, the niche, the glass shower door. Looks great!!!! All in all they did a great job and we highly recommend them!!!!!”

“Used this company over dozen times and never been disappointed. Fabian does quality work at fair price and stays on schedule. I can be particular about projects and he always meets and sometimes exceeds expectations. Never had better contractor and I have used dozens.”

“We used LYF Construction for a recent covered outdoor patio extension, kitchen and fireplace after a recommended to us. It was great working with Fabian and his team and we are so very happy with the results! The covered patio extension, outdoor kitchen and fireplace are beautiful and integrate with the existing space, creating a welcoming and functional outdoor living area. Overall, it's a fantastic enhancement to the home that will surely be enjoyed for years to come. We are so happy to have trusted LYF Construction with our project.”

“We've worked with Fabian on a variety of projects, ranging from a brick front porch extension to bathroom remodels. He always brings in skilled craftmen and takes pride in fixing any punch list items. I highly recommend him and his team.”

“My kitchen required new porcelain tile backsplash. The LYF team removed the old kitchen tile and installed new sheetrock. Then they laid the new tile with attention to detail with the grout work. Initially, they removed the exhaust fan and hood and professionally re-installed it after tile installation. I give the team a 100 percent on: (1) communication with me and best customer service ever, (2) superb effort in striving to get the job done without delay, (3) work ethic and quality—they take pride in their work, and (4) competitive pricing. My new kitchen backsplash is gorgeous thanks to the LYF team. Karen Calabro, 7/13/2025, Houston, Texas”

“I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Fabian, Arturo, and the entire LYF Construction Team. We initially contracted for a shower remodel and quickly began adding other projects (e.g., painting, lighting, and plumbing work) once we saw the high level of skill possessed by this team. The professionalism across the 8 to 12 employees we interacted with was exceptional, with every employee arriving shortly before the scheduled time each day for all 6 days of the work, including Saturday. Fabian was excellent with communicating the tasks to be performed each day and was extremely flexible with adding the additional work we requested, at extremely competitive and fair prices. The shower was retiled in 3 different types, included 2 “shampoo boxes,” had 2 grab bars installed, and had a beautiful sliding glass door. The finished shower looks stunning and the plumbing and shower drainage are perfect. LYF also essentially repainted our entire lower floor (i.e., the living room, 2 bathrooms, and the primary bedroom) during the time it took to complete the shower remodel and the team members doing the painting were happy to recoat and retouch minor imperfections that we”

“Fabian and his team did an amazing job converting bathtub into a walk-in shower. The crew was very professional and cleaned up well once the job was done. The shower roller doors were a stealer and adds so much beauty to the whole aesthetics. Thank you for the wonderful job!”

“Spent almost 8 months looking for a contractor before I found LYF Construction. Fabian was professional and efficient from the beginning. He set our initial date and arrived with a whole crew to give an accurate bid. We had the bid in a few days and set a start date to remodel our whole first floor including a brand new kitchen. We took down a wall, moved an exterior door, and bricked the outside to cover the original door. We also got our whole inside painted, custom cabinets, new flooring, crown molding, stairs redone and much more. Our house is AMAZING. His whole staff is AMAZING. Fabian, his son, and his staff are the BEST contractors I have come across and will now only use them.Their pricing also made our dream home a reality and we could not have done this remodel without him. Thank you Fabian and the LYF Construction crew!!!”

“I hired LYF Construction to paint my kitchen cabinets and to antique them. They’re pricing was excellent which concerned me about the quality of work. Turned out they were on time every day the quality of work was excellent customer service and follow up was also a bonus. Every message I left was returned within 15 to 30 minutes. I would recommend LYF Construction) to anybody.”
