“Called 3 times on separate days at different times they are listed as being open, when I eventually got a response they said they would call me the following week to schedule the measuring for an estimate and I never got a call back. Terrible customer service.”

“OUTSTANDING Family-owned fencing business since 1950! Contacted Bob, the owner, who came out and gave me an estimate for a 30ft privacy fence! Pulled permit in one day and they came back and cemented the posts in two days! Waiting for cement to dry to come back and complete the job! His staff, Bob Jr & Rick came out and did an amazing job cementing and the CLEAN UP was outstanding!!! If you are looking for a great fencing company, you will NOT GO WRONG with STAR FENCING! Update 9-19-25: Rick & Bob Jr. came out this morning and installed the "custom-made panels" in such record time! They did an amazing job of cleaning up both sides of my fence and left it looking beautiful! I couldn't be happier!! Thank you STAR FENCING.... you are STARS to me!!!”

“Set up to do an estimate for me today and was told if I was not home could still come by and do the measurements to provide me with the general estimate. I took the morning off anyways waiting around for them he calls and leaves a voicemail letting me know he's on his way I reply back with a text 2 hours go by I call him and he tells me to go out and get the measurements and he'll still provide me with that estimate. That's not how you earn customer business definitely not getting mine”

“I had them come out for an estimate on replacing a fence around a pool. The guy seemed like he didn't want to be there or even do the job. Was in and out with 3 minutes. Never called back. Called back today and was told, oh i forgot about that. We are so busy that it wont happen anytime soon. This was 3 weeks from when he came out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No one should give this company there business. I have no clue how is review are at a 2.8 stars.”
