“Unprofessional Conduct and Disrespect Toward Others' Property I work as an independent contractor providing valet trash services for local apartment complexes. As part of my job, I use a large, newly purchased Uline bin (valued at over $700) to collect and transport residential waste. Yesterday, when I arrived at the property to begin my route, I discovered that my bin was missing. After spending over 40 minutes searching for it, I contacted the property management. They informed me that Centex had been on-site and likely took my bin without permission. Eventually, someone associated with Centex returned the cart, but not only was there no apology, the bin was filled with loose construction debris and covered in drywall dust. This was completely unacceptable — not only was my property taken without authorization, but it was also returned damaged and dirty, causing a significant delay in my work. Beyond this incident, the worksite Centex left behind was messy and hazardous, with debris scattered across the property where residents walk and live. It shows a lack of respect for the community and other professionals working there. All of this could have been handled better with a ”

“Centex send third party people to fix repairs under warranty. They Hammered to remove the house siding for the leak, which caused the siding to crack around the area. I called them to repair the siding caused by their warranty work, but their resonse was it’s not covered under the repair and warranty. I didn’t have any cracks on siding before this repair, and there aren’t any on any other sides of the house. Needless to say, their construction workers used brad nails on the repair area which clearly shows the nail’s head compared to other areas of the house.”

“First week my family and I almost died in electrical issue I mentioned.. comes to find out the panel was melting and I had to evacuate my family!! Then next Sunday the pipes are cracked and leaking.. now I am wondering next Sunday I am off what else this managers Roger and Tyler from magnolia tx myrtle gardens are hiding from me bc they would show me the sprinkler system to teach me .. obously he knew pipes are cracked”

“Rashad Kennedy and his water remediation crew were very professional and thorough. Rashad is always a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The water remediation process can be intimidating, but he walks you through explaining each step, and answers all of your questions. They were respectful of my personal belongings and cleaned up well behind them. Thanks again for a job well done! Update: 2 years later and I’m still fighting this company. They were contracted for water mediation and build back. They abandoned the job, left us with a mess to fix. Delayed our project and my family was left to live in a hotel for 6 months trying to fix our home. Anticipated cost doubled due to their decision to not finish. Steer clear of this company and find yourself someone who wants to abide by their word.”

“Crazy aggressive driving. Tailgated me and then others in the rightmost lane on the highway and not using their blinkers as they weave in and out of lanes. Wild to drive like that with your business name plastered on the vehicle 🤪”

“I have been complaining about the water, I told them since last year 2024 that I have problems with the water in the kitchen, nothing comes out, I cannot stay like this longer but there is always an excuse not to come and solve it, but before that they were very attentive asking me to I left them a good comment, after that they disappeared.”

Ryan Kimbro there second in command is trash he didn’t care about anything I had to say. I’m owed close to 4k .”
