RC Security Consulting INC

RC Security Consulting INC handles drywall work in Allen, Texas out of their spot at 100 Allentown Pkwy Ste 104. The outfit focuses on security alarms, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, gate entry and repair, nurse call systems, video surveillance, business phone systems, VoIP setups, sound masking, and telecom cabling for homes, schools, and businesses. Randy runs the show and they position themselves as the low-voltage equipment specialist that facilities and stores can count on instead of bigger corporate outfits.

Customers describe jobs like full department system installs where the crew delivered solid results, VoIP Ethernet connections that cleared up bad cell signals in closed offices so calls could happen indoors, camera work across multiple convenience stores, and complete 16-camera home systems. Billy gets named for sticking with a homeowner through every camera step until the software ran without issues. Randy shows up in accounts for switching over existing setups without extra headaches and for keeping long-term clients on board with the same level of care year after year.

They respond fast, often hitting the same day for store calls, keep pricing straightforward for the work performed, and cover the local Allen area with crews who know the gear from real certifications. Reviewers note clear back-and-forth during jobs, attention to small details, and follow-through that leaves systems running right the first time. The company stays available for repeat visits and ongoing needs without stretching timelines.

The record sits at a 4.8 Google rating even with no reviews logged there, while separate customer notes keep circling back to professional handling, honest quotes, and crews that finish what they start. Randy and the team earn repeated mentions for knowledge that beats competitors and for making complicated installs feel manageable across security and phone jobs alike.

“Teach your employees how to drive safe. Two of your vans are driving like maniacs on 121 and cutting cars off left and right. License plate JBC 2(XX)8 (censored for privacy but can list it if necessary) almost slammed into my car and kept merging into me even when I laid my horn.”

“RC Security recently completed a major systems install for our department. Their workmanship and dedication to customer service are outstanding. Randy has truly built a top notch organization. I highly recommend their services.”

“Very happy with the customer service I received from Randy at RC Consulting. I'm in an office with no windows and get lousy cell phone reception. RC installed a Voip connection through Ethernet and now have a clear connection with a hand held phone. No more going outside in a hot car to make business calls. Thumbs up!!”

“Very good service!! I use them for all our convenience stores. 9 times out of 10 they are there same day. Randy and his team actually know cameras among other things security related, and he has the background and certifications to prove it. I definitely recommend RC Security!”

“There technician named Billy was hands down one of the coolest and most professional people I've had come work on my home. He worked with me through every step of getting the cameras installed and didn't leave until everything (including the software) worked properly. RC if you're reading this I'm dropping you guys if you don't give this man a raise. Thank you so much again, Billy!”
