“I too called twice! Both times I was told "let me have your information, I am giving your information to ________ (name). Did any one call back? No. You all did not even have the decency to call me back! If you don't want my business, then say so! Wow... you all don't even waste your time contacting these people....”

“Over a 2 week span I called 4 times and never received a call back. I was looking to obtain a quote for a retainer wall for my residence and after a week I called back to check in. I was advised it was assigned and that I would receive a call in a couple of business days. A week went by and nothing so I reached out again. I was then advised all of the engineers had meetings all day and that I should here back soon. 2 more business days passed and nothing! I called again today to find out the specific engineer my request was assigned to, but she was unable to provide that information. I have moved on to a more responsive company and scheduled for a consultation this week. I sincerely hope you guys get it together and avoid losing other business.”

“This company has the POOREST follow up I have ever encountered. They will take down your information and say a project manager or engineer will follow up, but they never do. Even after repeated calls I could not get anyone to call me back.”

“Worst service ever. The engineer Thomas - came out to survey my home, said he’d have a report in 2 weeks. Well 8 weeks later I finally got HALF of the report that we needed with a minimal discount. And that was after I went back and forth with Ginger via email regarding the delays, missed deadlines for the report, and NO COMMUNICATION from them about anything. Ginger was also rude. Then my general contractor had questions about the report and Thomas ghosted us and would not return any phone calls or messages. This place is a scam. Save your money. I had to get another engineering report. Total waste of time and money. Scam. Scam. Scam.”
