“As a property manager I love Rasa. Brittney and Courtney are always so kind, professional, helpful. They walk units with me to and help me understand what's needed when reviewing potential subfloor repairs. I feel like I'm needy but they never make me feel that way. Service techs do a great job installing. If there is ever an issue, it's usually minor and they take care of it promptly with eagerness to make it right. The service manager has even come out to property to help and explain things. For someone who is not versed in the flooring industry, their willingness to explain and help me understand has been so valuable - the knowledge has helped me manage other unit turns. They are always so accommodating and helpful, always taking into considerations the nuanced needs of the property manager, the company and the property owner. I cannot say enough good things about Rasa. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“TLDR: I tried to get something lined un a month in advance and they left me scrambling to figure something else out. Now my residents think I don't know what I'm doing and I have to get another company to help me out fast. Issues from the beginning. I first reached out about 1.5 to 2 months ago. They took down all my information and told me I would get a call back from a rep to get started. I waited for about a week and a half and no one ever called me. I called back and finally someone reached out. Caden was the rep I got in contact with. He was kind and professional. I spoke with him over a month in advance to line up a flooring repair while my resident was out of town. They sent a rep out and they took measurements etc. I kept asking for updates to make sure everything was good to go. The first job had to be cancelled because they did not have a matching carpet. I told them it was fine if it was slightly off. They said it just can't be done. Okay, no problem. The second job was much more crucial. About a week before the window, they let me know that they lost all the information for the measurements etc. I gave them a 10 day window for the job while the resident was out of town”
