“Contacted office to find out information I was given about my minor child’s social security number being used by this company. There is an income coming in from them to my child’s social security number. When I called, Michelle answered and was going to research for me since there are no current employees using his social. I gave her a timeline of the said payouts and informed her I needed to file a police report for identity theft and fraud. She told me she would call me back this afternoon before closing. At 4:30 I called back because I had not received any call and when she got back on the phone she stated she hadn’t done any research. When I asked for the office manager or store manager/owners she stated they were magically all gone for the day. I told her this is imperative to resolve because this is a minor child’s information we are talking about. She then stated she could not give me the employees information for my police report. Which was confusing because she stated earlier she didn’t know who it was. When I stated it is their responsibility to ensure documents provided for employment are legitimate, she stated we just accept what they bring in. That’s great… so you guys”

“The lady that answered the phone has got to be the most unhappy individual I've ever talked to. I was referred to them by another masonry contractor because they might be looking for work. Well now I understand why. An unpleasant gatekeeper is a sure way to not get any business.”
