Exceptional in Every Way - Highest Recommendation After decades of homeownership and numerous renovation projects, I can say with confidence that Alejandro stands far and away from every contractor I've worked with before. His work speaks for itself: the exceptional craftsmanship shows in every joint, every finish, and every detail. What impresses me most isn't just his quality—though Alejandro's work is consistently impeccable—but his thoughtful approach to each aspect of each project. He anticipates issues before they arise and offers practical solutions that save both time and money. Beyond his professional excellence, Alejandro and his team are simply wonderful people to have in your home. Everyone is respectful, considerate, and genuinely wants to deliver results that exceed expectations. Having him and his crew in our home has always been a delight. And, Alejandro himself is the kindest, most genuine person I've met in years. It's truly shocking, in this day and age, to meet someone as warm, wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate. The bottom line is: if you value fantastic quality and impeccable integrity, Alejandro is your first and only call. We've used him for three projects and he has earned our trust completely. He has never let us down. We'll call him for EVERY project we will ever need. Project 1: Replaced popcorn ceiling through out the common areas in the house with shiplap. We had no idea what would be involved or if what we wanted was even possible. Alejandro measured everything out, and said the job was definitely doable. He gave us an idea of what would be involved and about how long it would take. He answered all our questions and gave us quote by the end of the day. The job was very large and complex. It took several days to get all the shiplap installed, with a lot of complex angles and turns that had to be done and still maintain a nice consistent coverage look and finish. What really makes the install stand out is the quarter round trim work and painting. It took another day to prep for painting, as we had opted for spray application as compared to roller, and the finish looks amazing. The team then also repainted all the walls with matching white finish (this time with rollers). After the job was complete the clean up was amazing as well. The finished job is absolutely stunning. It's exactly what we had envisioned and more than we hoped to achieve. We didn't think we be able to get it done, especially given the push back we had from other companies. Thankfully, we found The Finishing Company, and they did not disappoint. (See attached before and after photos, to give you an idea of how much was changed. It was a huge job, and The Finishing Company did an incredible job.) Project 2: Exterior and interior painting. Alejandro's team came in to repaint or doors and floorboards through out the house. In addition we had them paint an exterior side of the house where the previous owner hadn't done a good job. As expected, the results were awesome, and everything looked like new again! Project 3: Roof replacement. Another huge job. Alejandro has teamed up with Hargrove Roofing to provide this. He arranged for a same-day assessment and quote, and, by the next business day, all the supplies were delivered and we had our new roof being installed the very next day. Again, with excellent results. One final thing to cover. Jobs like these are not a one person thing, it takes an entire crew of skilled workers to pull something like this off. The team of workers that Alejandro employs are top notch. Carlos was the team lead for projects 1 and 2. He's awesome! He's an expert at seemingly everything we threw at him, plus very efficient. The entire team was great, but I really want to call out special thanks to both Carlos and Alex. Those two really did go above and beyond. They wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with their work. We're 110% happy about it.”
