“Pro-Tech was quick to respond on my initial inquiry. They were able to fit my timeline on the interior painting . Kim was very helpful in color selection for the interior of my house and that’s what I appreciated most. The end result looks very professional and updated. And they removed our popcorn ceiling. “I contacted them via their website to get a quote and didn't hear anything for roughly two weeks about scheduling the quote. Eventually the owner reached out and apologized for missing the email. All good. They came out to the house to give me a quote on some exterior painting and I never heard from them again. Several weeks (maybe a month?) went by, I reached out through text and email to follow up and never got a response. I can't judge the quality of their work but communication is extremely lacking.”

“Our first time to use Pro-Tech - we’d removed old paneling so they installed some new Sheetrock and repaired lots of holes and cracks in Sheetrock throughout the old house. Lots of texturing as well as scraping ceilings, a complete makeover. Could not be happier, their crews were on time and completed job within their estimated timeframe. Pricing was good with no surprises. The entire interior looks great, actually better than we’d anticipated. Will use Pro-Tech again and highly recommend them.”
