“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We are a GC and have a fully executed subcontract with MA/Ivan to perform demo, civil, storm sewer and concrete work and we had to default Ivan only a few days into construction. He has no assets and our losses from his incompetence and inability to perform the work he bid and was contracted to do is going to be significant. We will sue, but he will likely file for bankruptcy and we'll only throw good money after bad. This guy is very dangerous and should be nowhere a construction site. If you get a cheap bid from him, throw it away or you risk being in the same situation as we are. I've also been told this is how he operates and this is NOT an isolated incident. You have been warned!!”
