“We met Agua Pools after we redid our patio and the company doing so made quite the mess of the pool. Agua Pools did a fantastic job cleaning it up, and we decided to use them to retile the pool since it was already drained. Here are the before and after pics, they did a fantastic job with the tiles and spouts, and we couldn’t be happier. Great work and a fair price. Highly recommended!”

“This is a very reliable company that always shows up. My pool is always clean and sparkly, the filter gets cleaned as needed and I never have to be concerned about pool maintenance. I appreciate that the guys coming into my yard always remember to close the gate so my dogs don’t escape. The weekly photos showing a clean pool is appreciated as I’m a snowbird so take comfort in knowing that Aqua is actually showing up to do their job.”

I also hired them for the weekly cleaning service. Again, they text me when the tech arrived and sent pictures and a list of chemicals they added to the pool and text when the work was done. “We used to use this pool company for five years. They showed up every week and did a pretty good job. Our problem lies with their prices and sometimes a bit of disregard on property. They were on the middle to high end for pricing and mandated certain extra add-ons like filter cleans, which they insisted they do and would charge $150 for half an hour of work and a hose rinsing them off. If something breaks, even if it’s minor, you will pay a premium for it to be fixed by them. Overall, mixed results. Would have continued using them but felt taken advantage of when it came to repairs, especially when this is one field where there is not a shortage of workers nowadays (pool companies)”

And they routinely check in to make sure they are performing as expected. Definitely recommend you give them a try if you’re looking for weekly pool maintenance. And just to add an update, I recently had troubles with my auto filler. Agua Pools notified me about it after one of my routine maintenance trips. I asked them to fix it, paid them in advance, and once they came out with replacement part discovered the original installer had modified the float due to installation errors. Instead of modifying a new OEM part to complete the repair, they informed me of the issue, sent a video and suggested the company t”

“Not a terrible company but on my first visit used a strip and not a dropper test kit for chemical testing. Also brushed my Baja and Bench but not the entirety of the side wall to the ground. It just didn’t live up to what I would have considered five star cleaning and not as detailed as when I do it on my own.”
