I contacted four different companies, and Peerless was the only one whose plumber could actually locate the leak. Lance pinpointed the exact spot, while others could only say it was “somewhere.” Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. I received plenty of reminders via email and text, and the team was always organized, responsive, and easy to reach. The crew who handled the pipe relining—JJ, Landon, Ethan, and Junior—were outstanding. They arrived on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and went above and beyond, even saved one of my bushes while installing a cleanout. JJ was especially great to work with—he explained everything clearly and made the whole process less stressful. ”

I contacted them and Daisy came out to my house, inspected the pipes that were rusty and corroded and gave me details about the process of the sleeve/pipe within a pipe procedure. Plenty of reminder texts for the service as the day approached and even a photo of the technician before they arrived. Once here, Brandon and Daisy were amazing! They quickly figured out the issue and were able solve it quickly and at a rate better than found anywhere else. Parker and Sons quoted me almost triple for the same service call.
