“We had the best experience today (Father’s Day) with a WH replacement from Parker and Sons. Our tech, Sonny, was absolutely the most professional and thorough service person we’ve ever had. Gave us the options, explained everything he was going to do and why, and while I could have waited until tomorrow to try and cash in on what was left of my Rheem warranty, having him do it on the spot made the most sense for us. He even installed a drain pipe so if we ever had an issue again, it would drain directly onto the garage floor and not down the wood pedestal it’s placed on - something our previous plumbers never even suggested. 10/10 for him and Parker & Son’s!”

“Had another A/C company out for condenser issues on a split ground unit, they forgot to install the condenser grill anchors. Unit ran for a day than started making all kinds of noise where luckily I heard it when it first started. Called Parker & Sons, their emergency response tech was here within 4 hours.... within four (4) hours, did I say four hours.... how about not charging me..... I'm a Parker & Sons diehard for life. Signed up for their maintenance program, twice a year service. Asked the tech if he got windshield time, yes he responded we are compensated - Parker takes care of their employees, their employees take care of the customers, old school. “We had an emergency plumbing leak, and our entire home’s water had to be shut off after an old pipe burst at 10 PM on a Friday night—during the World Cup, no less. Within an hour, Mark came to the rescue. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and communicated clearly about what needed to be done. He explained that he would need to return early the next morning to complete the repair, and he did exactly that. The repair required chipping away concrete around the broken pipe and reestablishing the connection. Mark handled everything with great care and attention to detail, and the finished work looks even better than it did before. I highly recommend Mark to anyone in need of plumbing services. “Way too expensive to replace two taps and a water down spout on leaking bathtub valves! I pointed the teck to the leak he said he needed to do a $350.00 leak location again I pointed him to the leak hearing water flowing in the wall by the bathtub! He went to the water meter went to the side faucet went to the water heater and then back to the bathtub 5 minutes cost $350.00. He returned from the store with two never bales a down spout and two cooper connectors he installed them in 15 minutes and charged over $2,300.00 absolute insane rip off! I would never call or recommend them to anyone! They charge like a brain surgeon absolutely insane! Don’t ever call them to do anything Parker and Son is a ripe off organization! Gabor Zolna”

“2 month update: I've had this unit for over 2 months now. I would add another star if I could. I've seen the average daily temp go up and my electric bill go down compared to last year. This is the quietest unit you can imagine. It maintains a constant temperature. There are no wild swings. More comfortable than ever in my home. I'm glad I bought this unit. “I’ve been dealing with them for about four 4 1/2 years. My son has two units of theirs and my ex-wife has one. Everybody’s been happy until there’s recently. They came along with these sensor things they’re supposed to tell y’all all this good information about how your unit is working, but I’ve been having some problems with my unit for the last month and the diagnosis is yet to be established, but I understand how that can happen. In a lot of cases. But they put the sensors on charge me more money for my monthly service fee and it seems the app is worthless. Yesterday the same situation has surface that has happened in the past and that is that it quits cooling in the afternoon, there’s no load control or anything else like that so it’s gotta be something internally with the AC. but the ”

“I chose Parker & Sons because of their reputation as a premium contractor. That reputation did not match my experience. When my family arrived at the property after installation, we found: • Open drywall holes in the ceiling — left completely unpatched despite the fact that I paid extra specifically for drywall work as part of this job • Exposed wiring hanging from the ceiling openings • Wall marks and scuffs throughout the unit • Dust and debris everywhere • Equipment and materials left inside the condo • The garage left in complete disarray — we couldn't park a car The only communication I received was a single text message saying they were "wrapping up." No walkthrough. No completion confirmation. My family arrived for a vacation stay thinking this was done and walked into this. Wit”
