Tim has been very reliable and serviced my pool weekly for several months. He knows all of the pool’s idiosyncrasies. The Swim Happy team regularly flushes my cartridge filters. Someone on the team seems to be familiar with most (if not all) brands of pool equipment. When they identify problems, they provide estimates with pros and cons. Often they quickly perform the repairs onsite. All team members, with whom I have interfaced, are professional, knowledgeable, and leave the property clean. They willingly work overtime if necessary. “I used SwimHappy for a little over a year for weekly pool service. They were always friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, they just weren't able to keep my pool consistently clean. The water had been completely changed before they took over service, and I even replaced the filter sand based on their recommendation. Despite that, my pool turned green and was essentially unswimmable for about 5½ weeks during 2026 before I switched providers in early June. I've since moved to a new pool company, and the difference has been night and day. My pool hasn't looked this crystal clear in a long time. “I called ‘SwimHappy Pool Service & Repair’ and I am glad I did. I needed 2 new timers to activate the pool filter pumps, and a small leak in the piping fixed. I emailed a couple of pictures to give the Pool Manager an idea of the job. The repair was scheduled for the next day, and the estimate quoted was very reasonable. The Service Technician (Brady) was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He fully explained the repairs, and went right to work.
