Dallas Drywall Solutions

Dallas Drywall Solutions takes care of drywall work around Richardson and the wider Dallas area. Leo runs the outfit and his crew handles installation, repair, texture work, tape and bed, and special finishes on homes and some commercial spots. They give free estimates and evaluations before any money changes hands, and the business lists itself as licensed contractors who can handle both new work and fixes on ceilings and walls.

Homeowners reach out when plumbing leaks leave holes in kitchen ceilings, when someone falls through attic drywall, or after water damage hits living rooms. Leo and the crew have fixed large ceiling collapses over staircases, removed thick hand-troweled textures for Level 5 finishes on open spaces, matched existing textures on walls, and repaired settling cracks from foundation work. In one case they handled sheetrock, flooring, and a full bathroom after a flood. Reviews note the patches and new work blend in so well that painting is sometimes not even needed afterward.

Calls often come in the evening and Leo shows up the next morning or even the same day to look and start. He sends quotes quickly, keeps the workspace clean enough that it looks untouched when done, answers questions on site, and stays reachable for any punch-list items. Pricing comes in reasonable according to multiple customers, and the crew works on both small repairs and bigger jobs like popcorn removal followed by primer and paint. They cover the Dallas area and have taken on projects that run into multiple days without pushing past the quoted timeline.

The company holds a 5-star Google rating from 118 reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the fast turnaround, clean sites, and how Leo works alongside his crew on the actual job. DIRT Score 4.9 from 118 reviews on Finds.

“Leo and his team were amazing! We had two holes in the ceiling of our kitchen from a plumbing issue. I called Leo after 5:00 and he was at our house the next day to take a look. He started that day also and finished painting the next. It looks amazing and we could not be more pleased! He will always be our first call for help like this in the future!”

“Unfortunately, I lost my balance while in the attic resulting in a hole in my ceiling. DDS was one of the 3 places recommended. They sent me a quote and was able to address it the same day. He said it was take 3 hours and he was point on. It looks as if the hole was never there. Best decision ever.”

“We had a great experience with Dallas Drywall Solutions. Leo, the owner, was excellent to work with. He not only managed his crew well, but also worked on the job himself, which really showed in the quality and care of the finished product. They removed a thick hand-troweled texture from a large open-concept space and completed a true Level 5 finish on both the walls and ceiling, followed by painting. The work turned out beautifully. Everything was done on schedule, and the attention to detail was impressive. Leo was also very responsive when it came to the few items on our punch list and went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with the final result. I would absolutely recommend Dallas Drywall Solutions.”

“From the very beginning, everything was handled quickly, cleanly, and professionally. He kept us informed at every step of the process, giving us the opportunity to review and approve each stage before moving forward. He cleaned up after himself so thoroughly, it was as if he had never been there. He also made helpful recommendations and pointed out things we hadn't yet noticed. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. Great job, Leo-thank you!"”

“I've used Leo more than once, and every experience has been great. The first time, I reached out around 9 PM and he was at my house by 9 AM the next morning. What started as one repair turned into him fixing several things, and everything was done professionally and at a reasonable price. The drywall work was so good I didn't even have to paint - you couldn't tell anything had been repaired. It looked brand new. The second time, my home flooded and he completely came through for me again. He repaired the sheetrock, replaced my flooring, redid my entire bathroom, and painted. The work was amazing. He and his crew are easygoing, respectful, and very courteous. He's also willing to work with you on pricing. Overall, just a great guy and a company I definitely recommend. Great work done by DALLAS DRYWALL SOLUTIONS!!!”

“FIVE STARS !!! EXCELLENT WORK! I had a terrifying collapse of a residential high ceiling that was over a staircase. I was overwhelmed and l wasn't sure what company to use. After brief research and reading reviews, Dallas Drywall and spoke with Leo immediately. Leo came out that same evening to visually evaluate the situation and offered a great price. He fixed the ceiling next day after promptly arriving that morning and working until it was gorgeously repaired and thoroughly cleaned. He worked consistently and methodically. He said before he started that after completing the repair, it would look "nothing ever happened". Indeed, I can say the work he did was so good that there is no indication of the massive collapsed section. Many thanks to leo and his crew for their dedication to excellence and providing me a peace of mind”

“I have found my go to Sheetrock guy! I tried to do repairs myself and it was not going well. Called leo and he provided a good price after I provided some pictures. He showed up promptly this morning treating my home with respect and got the job done in a matter of hours all while answering any questions I had and providing me some future tips too. Wont be doing any sheetrock repair myself going forward and instead will just call Dallas Drywall solutions”
