Ds'Painting & Drywall

Ds'Painting & Drywall handles drywall and painting work out of San Marcos, Texas. Juan Carlos leads the crew on residential and commercial jobs that include interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, texture finishes, and cabinet staining. The company covers San Marcos plus surrounding cities in central Texas within a fifty mile radius that reaches parts of the Austin and San Antonio areas. They run Monday through Friday from eight in the morning until five in the evening and provide free estimates with payment accepted by Zelle or Venmo.

Customers describe jobs such as swapping out old baseboards for new six inch straight ones that changed the look of an entire house. Juan Carlos and the crew painted the outside of an old farmhouse that had not been touched in decades and turned it into a project that drew strong reactions from neighbors. They have also painted full houses in the week before closing so real estate buyers walked into fresh rooms. Other work covered exterior painting on multiple homes and quick prep painting to get properties ready for market.

The crew shows up on time and finishes projects ahead of the original schedule. Reviewers note the team stays reliable and knowledgeable while keeping prices fair. They communicate directly about the work and leave the area in better shape than it started. Service stays limited to weekday hours with estimates given at no charge before any job begins.

Most reviews highlight professional crews that deliver quality results at reasonable cost on painting and drywall tasks. A few mention the work helped sell homes faster or improved the overall appearance of older properties. One review called the results poor and the crew rude. The Google rating sits at 4.4 from zero reviews.

“Juancarlos and his workers are very professional and do an amazing job. They recently just changed out all of my baseboards to a straight 6 inch baseboard. It changed the whole look of the house and looks amazing. They finished before the expected time as well. For real estate, he has gone in and painted the entire house the week of closing so that when everyone comes in they come into a fresh newly painted home.”

“DS Painting has painted the exterior of 3 homes for me, the most recent was an old farmhouse that hasn't been painted in probably 50 yrs. Juan & his crew tackled this project and produced a masterpiece that has received a "WOW moment" reaction from all.
