Nolley Construction Co, LLC

Nolley Construction Co, LLC handles drywall along with land clearing, pond excavation, site work, concrete, building pads and utilities from their base in Tomball, TX. Their profile lists these as the core offerings, and the owner description confirms the range of excavation and concrete tasks they take on. Arthur is the crew member named in one review for showing up to assess a job firsthand. The company operates as a claimed Google listing under excavating and concrete categories, with place topics noting strong marks for work quality.

Customers talk about jobs such as leveling ground and building up a pad for a camper, fixing yard areas after initial calls for quotes, and finishing concrete or site prep under tight deadlines. One reviewer mentioned Arthur bringing solid knowledge to the visit and delivering results that beat what was expected. Others described pads and yard leveling that turned out solid, with the crew handling schedules that left little room for delays. A single review raised a problem where payment was taken for materials that were never bought and the work stopped short of completion, leaving the customer short a large sum.

They come across as responsive from the first contact, with fair pricing that fits the scope and crews that show up ready to adjust as needed. Reviewers note professional conduct, reasonable costs, and a willingness to meet specific timing demands without extra hassle. Communication stays direct, and the work covers local projects where homeowners need pads, utilities or clearing done in the Tomball area.

The Google rating sits at 4.3 though listed with zero reviews attached to that platform. Recurring comments focus on solid results, competitive rates and crews that follow through on the agreed plan, with most reviews giving top marks for the finished product.
