“This work was done over a year ago so my review includes follow-up. They are timely - they start the work when the appointment is set, they have detailed outlines of their work, and share comprehensive information. Professional equipment and quality work that for between three to five years of repairs made I have had no issues or concerns with. CTS had initially done simple repairs right after the purchase of the house including repairing a dimmer switch and replacing the outside front door light. A couple years into owning the house, we suffered a fire that -from the best of the fire department's inspections- were the result of accidental arcing of current across the aluminum siding caused during a long thunderstorm. The company we hired to take care of the repairs failed to do any electrical work to address the ongoing arcing damage and we called in CTS after failure to have the needs met before our funds for secondary housing ran out. CTS' van is outside before the scheduled time preparing to start. The owner of the company went through every outlet and switch in our walls. The worst of the damage was the outside breaker box where the other company left the lines exposed. CTS came with three men in arc suits to repair the box and charged me for only two men - the other on standby should one get injured with the high electricity and complete the job. The other repairs included updating degrading outlets, repair pieced wires, and mapping the breaker box. I have renewed confidence in my house and the quality of equipment used is still showing years later. Thank you again”

I emailed Karen at CTS right away and she arranged for Carl to come that afternoon. He replaced the flexible gas line that came with the generator with new metal piping which fixed the problem.
