“Unreliable. Alicia (sp?) is very rude on phone- had appointment for estimate then I called to confirm the day before and says thought they were doing the job. Without an estimate? So I told her I need estimate before I commit to job- scheduled for today and 20 minutes past arrival time I call and she says - oh yeah he’s leaving now? A courtesy call that they’re running late would be nice. Not getting our business - especially such important work. No thanks.”
