“I had an excellent experience with Long Electric and can’t recommend them enough. After buying a new dishwasher, the installer noticed my outlet was black and unsafe, so I decided not to plug anything in until it was replaced. Since my dishwasher was connected to the garbage disposal and another outlet above the sink, none of it was working. The electrician and his apprentice from Long Electric came out around noon on December 31st and did a wonderful job. They were professional, helpful, and incredibly efficient. They were finished within 20 minutes. What really stood out to me was their honesty and fair pricing. I had another company quote me almost $400 for an hour job, and Long Electric handled everything quickly and charged nowhere near that.”

“Not a trustworthy source for your electrical needs. On our first call they showed up rang the doorbell and mentioned they were eating lunch but would start soon. Came in a hour later and left in 2-3 hours but when the invoice came in I was billed for 4. Called and Kendall said he would look into and soon after I received a corrected bill - no apology but at least they made it right. Decided to use them for a second time where they had to drill through some brick. The team stated that they didn't have a drill bit for brick (not sure how on that big truck) and had to run and get some (another hour billed for lunch for all I know...) but when getting this bill, it had $200 of tools on it including extension cords, etc. What is really irritating is that I had to insist on an itemized bill to find all of this out. I have no reason to trust this company or its work any longer.”
