“Ordered a while home Generac generator in July 2021. Was told it wouldn't be ready until October. Called in October was told it wouldn't be shipped until January. Called today and was told it wouldn't be shipped until end of April. We paid off the generator several months ago and I have to wonder if that has any influence on the delay. Use caution if you order from this dealer. Apparently they don't have any control or influence with Generac to fulfill their orders.”
