“Great employees! Car ran great and good on gas as I requested. It came with no windshield washer fluid, at all. I topped it up with my own. It wouldn't have been a problem, but all the windows needed cleaning. Also, there was tree debris on the hood and the entire car could've used a wash. Good price for my 9 day rental. And again the staff was great, they just need more staff I suppose.”

“I had stopped using Enterprise for a while cause their prices were not competitive. Well, turns out, you pay for what you get. Bad cars & experiences at other companies. I decided to give Enterprise a try again and never had been to this location. I gotta say, the car was great, but more-so, customer service top notch!!! All the guys so nice and accommodating. When they couldn’t give me a ride home and I showed them i was leaving way more gas than I took with car, he gave me a discount! This experience definitely restored my faith in Enterprise! Update: April 2026: Prices are not that competitive but cars are good and service is excellent. Joseph & Angel were super helpful and accommodating. Only complaint is no ride service on weekends, and the excessively strong chemical/fragrance smell permeating the space. Not only are those odorizers toxic in the long term but for people w chemical sensitivity like me, we have immediate reactions of dizziness, masses, headaches. But Joseph got me out of there quickly!”

I will use the Blanding Ave Enterprise in Alameda when I return to visit my daughter and grandson in Oakland in the future. They even got me a ride home!”
