About

Acis is an electrician outfit working out of Allen, Texas. They handle all sorts of electrical tasks for houses in the area, from basic repairs to more involved fixes on systems that power daily life. In a place like Allen where summers hit hard and storms can knock things out, these guys deal with the usual problems that come up in homes here. No fancy talk, just the work that needs doing to keep lights on and equipment running. They show up prepared for whatever electrical issue gets called in during peak seasons when air conditioners and other heavy loads strain the wiring.

Diego rolled up to one house on a Wednesday after the AC quit the night before and checked the electrical side of the unit. He returned by five that same day with the needed parts to get it working again and stayed in touch afterward to make sure everything held. Jobs like this cover outlet replacements, panel checks, and sorting out shorts that affect cooling systems or lighting across Allen homes. The crew focuses on showing up with tools ready and handling the electrical connections that keep appliances and safety features operational without extra trips back and forth.

Customers note quick responses and solid knowledge on fixes like the AC repair but also point out issues with how some trucks drive on highways and occasional short tempers during calls about smaller problems. Speed and follow through get mentioned when things go right while price and communication draw complaints when bills feel high or explanations run thin. Mixed feedback on quality shows up across the jobs. DIRT Score 3.71 from 48 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Our ac went out on Tuesday evening and Diego assessed it Wednesday around noon and then he was back by 5:00 with the parts to repair it. He was friendly and knowledgeable and even followed up afterwards with us. Appreciate his effort and the great example he sets for his company. -Kelly

Truck 196 needs to be taught that following to close is illegal. Should be a minimum 3 seconds between vehicles at highway speed, he shouldn’t be less then 1 car length behind people.

Watched truck 207 litter on public roadways today, Oct 6th. Not quite great look in a company vehicle.

Crazy customer service ,really rude, and no any patience to listen to their customers and very small problem they charge a lot ‘ Don’t trust this company
