“To whom this may concern: It has been about 8 months now that we have been living off our New Solar Set up. For 19yrs we lived off of 16-6 volt batteries and 6 - 450w solar panels. Our new system is 36 solar panels at 430w each and 16 - 5.4w Fortress Max batteries. We recently had a small glitch in our system and reached out to both SolArk and Fortress for advice. Today we had a short teams meeting which Trevor and Josh were on with me. All thought we cannot really determine the cause of generator stating when not required, we did accomplish setting the SolArk inverter to once a week for 15mins for Mondays at 8am. Josh was also able to set the battery discharge limit to30% for generator demand to come on in solar failure. Ben Thomas has been very helpful with our needs as well as Cristopher.
